I have been to this escape room facility twice and have had two great experiences. I was struck by the personal touch this facility provides--the proprietors personally spent time with my groups both times--and are kind, interesting people. The crew welcomed me and both of my groups with hospitable, supportive warmth and introduced the process with clarity and humor. The atmosphere of each room immerses you in a fun parallel world. The room puzzles are just the right level of challenging--and reward careful observation, analysis, creativity and most of all teamwork with gratifying fanfare and progress. Both times my teams and I escaped in the nick of time! We left feeling delighted about succeeding together. This was one of the best escape rooms I have ever done. Tanner specifically was super great and enthusiastic and explaining the room and the details of everything. Wouldn't have been the best escape room ever without Tanner. Also the details and decorates of the ENTIRE place was so amazing, from the furniture and decorations in the waiting room to the actual escape room. This was our 5th time doing an Escape room (birthday tradition) we have tried them in 3 different cities - the Kracken Casino is now our favorite one so far!!! We took our staff here for our annual holiday party and had a blast! It was so fun how we got to compete against each other. Half of us did the Kraken room and the other half did temple of razum. Even a week later, our team is still talking about how fun it was. We were able to work directly with the owners to plan out a whole luncheon and they went above and beyond to help curate a menu from a local deli and even made us a special small batch iced tea and surprised us with cake pops with our logo on it. 10/10 would recommend. read more

It was quite fun!! Brought my niece and son here ... The hostess, Master Heather, was friendly, lively, and made our start welcoming ! The instructions were clear, they emphasized in cleanliness, and Heather made sure that this location had their customers as first and priority in mind . My niece, Isabelle stated she had so much fun and , my son, Miguel , also had a great time !!! **I am glad they are the smartest in the room**--- dang college students!!!! Would recommend the circus theme. I couldn't do the others as it was just the three of us. I really loved the experience , as I stood there wondering ' I hope these two will figure this out!!!' Our team had such a wonderful time here! Once you walk in the experience starts. They have puzzles and trinkits ready while you are waiting. The staff was sweet and nothing but helpful and welcoming to us. The staff answered any questions we had and made the experience more fun. The rooms decorations were well detailed and was nothing but fun!! The music and items were so unique and well placed which was such a plus in the experience! I didn't expect to have such a fun experience with this hidden gem of an escape room in Napa. The room was well done with multiple locks and surprises. I especially loved the wack-a-mole! We had so much fun solving all the riddles! There were all types of problems that covered using many, many different Parts of the brain! First time doing an escape room and I had such high hopes that I was actually going in to it expecting that it would probably disappoint. It did not disappoint!! Thoughtful and challenging, complex but logical. We did need a couple of hints to get out in the time limit, but there was nothing that was too difficult or obscure that we wouldn't have been able to figure it out. Some of the BEST ever rooms I have played. So much fun attention to detail, ambiance, and clues that fit in the story. Very creative. What a super fun place! We've played two of their other rooms and were excited to play the brand new "Temple of Razum". The experience started from the minute you walk in the door with the beautiful themed decor and very personable gamemasters. The second we walked in the room to the last second we escaped, the fun never stopped. Such a great team/family building opportunity our girls want to do again and again!
