Revisited Great American Bagel. They continue to be extremely clean for being located within a gas station. I have noticed that the bagel and cream cheese offering is slightly more limited from the stand alone stores. This location is the WORST. The cream cheese is always made wrong. Whoever is making them is not following the recipe. I ordered strawberry cream cheese and it was plain cream cheese with red food coloring. I also ordered vegetable cream cheese and there was so much vegetable it was unpleasant to eat. I tried ordering soup and they didn't have it ready for the day yet? The employees and management here are terrible. Nothing is made right and half the time the food isn't available. Absolutely awful location that does not get enough oversight from corporate. We regularly purchase from the location on Corsair, but will never be back to this one. The bagels are so thin they cannot be sliced or toasted. We purchased jalapeño cream cheese that was pink in color and chunks of unknown items in the cream cheese. It immediately went in the trash. Completely unappealing. The second container or walnut raisin cream cheese was prepped ten days ago with an expiration of the next day. There was a layer of water over the top. Absolutely disgusting. I ordered two dozen bagels w/ tip, I then waited and watched smaller orders getting filled for 5-10 minutes. I figured it was a large order, so they'd get to it. Possibly they were toasting the bagels even though I had not been asked nor had I asked for it. 20 minutes go by and then I asked "where is my order?" "What order was that?" They had totally forgot about it.... Don't know how! They then rushed and didn't add the correct amount of cream cheeses and I had to correct them on that too. Their breakfast sandwiches here are so amazing! I always forget to go there when I'm in the mood for one, but when I do, like last Sunday, I'm really glad I did. My kids and I go there before our manicures, because it's fast, hot, and relatively inexpensive. The people are very nice in the atmosphere is great for sandwiches. Because they are located in a gas station/convenience store, you get to run over and grab a pop or beverage of your choice to go with their great bagels and bagel sandwiches. I also love that it's a drive-through, but I usually don't use it. I would really recommend it next time you're looking for a great snack. Nothing beats a warm bagel and cream cheese! read more

No notification of early close - I guess they closed at Noon everyday? It was around 12pm on a Tuesday and we didn't know it was closed because there were cars going through in front of us. We waited behind a car for about 10min and another 10min at the speaker waiting for someone to take our order. Then we saw one car get their order and the car in front of us just went through. The girl at the window could have told the 3 cars through the speaker that they are no longer taking orders than making us wait through for like 20 min. It was just kind of inconsiderate especially people trying to get food during their lunch break. I understand they are trying to close up but please do not be rude about it and when we drove up to the window I had to ask if they were closed. My time is valuable and i have never wasted it writing a review until now due to the disgusting behavior of the employees/manager. An employee who claims his name is "Marcus" is mimicking customers over the intercom and laughing in the background with the other employees like customer service is a big joke. When speaking to the supposed manager she alleges that he has a disability that affects his voice (while they are seen/heard laughing in the kitchen area). His voice was perfectly fine when i was at the window picking up my coffee and confronting him while he backpedaled on an apology. Being a person that has friends & family members with disabilities i find it insulting and disgusting that a person in power at this facility would use this as a false justification for poor customer service and insulting behavior by their employee. DISGUSTING. Any desire for a coffee/bagel moving forward i will be sure to bring my business elsewhere and i recommend others do the same. I for 1 am appalled at all the negative reviews this place has received. I come here religiously twice a week. I am greeted by happy smiling faces and nothing but positive vibes. The employees are always hustling their behinds off . My order is always made to perfection in a timely fashion. The employees do seem to enjoy their line of work which I have no problem with a little laughter and joy in the air as I down my vanilla frappe extra cream and delicious California bagel extra cream cheese(yes I love the cream). I went to get bagels this morning and the two workers there, two teenage girls, didn't wear masks or gloves while making our food. The girl making our bagels was on her phone and was very rude. DISGUSTING. I ordered the Lox and Cream Cheese Bagel with easy on the cream cheese to go. When I picked up the order, it felt like it weight 20lbs. When I got home I saw that they put a pound of cream cheese on each half of the bagel (not exaggerating) and the salmon was browning around the entire edging of the salmon. Literally, there was so much cream cheese that it looked like someone took the foil packed cream cheese from the grocery store and just smashed a full one on each side of the bagel. It was so disgusting that I had to throw my $14 breakfast in the garbage, not to mention the incredible amount of wasted food by the workers. Bagels are good, 4 star. The sandwich's are bad. For real bad. Egg is watery, and bland. Even after asking to toast, it never is. The bagel is always just room temp. I assume they toast the egg, and then throw it on an I toasted bagel with a slice of cheese. Not impressed.
