Enjoy my meal here. Bagel and lox my favorite. Ice coffee good too. Ive had donuts here and always fresh. The stand here is in the gas station bit have place to sot and eat that is clean. Plus can buy stuff from station and eat too, if not happy with drinks on menu. Left full and happy. Service was professional and helped me make my selections.

Order 1 coffee waited for over 10 mins, still waiting as I type. Figured this place was new, maybe new staff. 6 knuckle heads walking around in circles Oh and to top it off, $6 for this gigantic beauty Hey Luke you still run this disaster? Would love to see you justify the bs service and sample sizes. Go ahead and tell me I didn't understand the menu, go ahead and tell me your guilty of feeling ripped off when you go somewhere new. Speak up son!

Would never come back here. This is what you call a bagel? So thin hardly anything to it. Plus it was sliced with something that was used for other food because the bagel smelled like cucumbers. Don't waste your time.

I'm so grateful to fellow Yelp friends for pointing out this cozy bagel shop. I should have asked…read morewhere the name came from because I only saw good guys here. They have several flavors of gluten free bagels, squeal! The service is so welcoming and considerate about allergies. We shared a Bee Sting breakfast sandwich because this is how it is described on the menu "One of our most popular sandwiches! Egg, Cheddar Cheese, Crispy Bacon, Scallion Schmear, and Heaven's Hot Honey. You can't beat this combo!" Omg it was scrumptious! You can pre-order and drive thru to pick up or park in the adjacent lot and walk in. You can customize everything so check out their website ordering menu ahead of time. The coffee was really tasty too. There was a constant flow of patrons early on a Sunday morning. There are only two tables inside so we took our order to go. I'm already dreaming of what I'll try next and who I will bring with to enjoy these really delicious bagels in Geneva.

It's tiny with only a few seats inside and outside…read more They have one of my favorite strawberry cream cheese with real strawberry chunks in it, but it's only a seasonal item so I wanted to come by before they were out. I ordered a sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese. As I was eating it, I started to wonder why it tasted like cinnamon, and then I noticed there were nuts in it. I realized they gave me the cranberry walnut cream cheese (I didn't notice right away because the color was still slightly pink and the flavor was fruity). It was good so I still ate it, but it was a bit disappointing to not get what I was looking forward to. We told the employees before we left, and they apologized and said they'd remake it, but I had already eaten the entire bagel so I told them no it's okay. We mainly just wanted to tell them so they'll be more careful. Some people have allergies, and I can't imagine if I unknowingly ate something I was allergic to. They sell tubs of the strawberry cream cheese for $8, so we purchased one to take home. I like that they always have new types of seasonal coffee creations and this time I got an iced coconut mocha. It was really good!

I was happy to learn that neither have garlic or onion! So, I ordered a cheddar herb bagel, toasted, with cucumber shmear, and avocado. It was delicious! The bagel was crisp on the outside, but soft on the inside. My partner got a sausage, egg, cheese on an everything bagel. He loved it, as usual. I also ordered a spiced chai. It came out pipping hot but once it cooled enough that I could drink it, it was delicious! Highly recommend! They have a shared parking lot with a few other places, but it was easy to find a parking spot. You order at the counter, and they prepare your bagels, so that when you get to the cash register, they are ready for you to take. If your drinks aren't ready yet, you can take a seat at one of the tables and they will bring them to you. The people working here seemed like a family. They were kind and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back.

(I am in Las Vegas ) Unfortunately the delivery service the Deli usually uses quits before 2:30 and so I couldn't get it delivered. I called the Deli to ask if they had a different service and the owner said, he would take it there himself to my sick friend THAT KIND OF ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT IS WHAT WE NEED MORE OF! Small businesses give a damn and I love that this owner was kind enough to go all the way over to the Warwick Allerton to personally deliver her chicken soup and tuna, which by the way she said was absolutely fabulous!! When given an option I will pick a small business over corporate America any day... And this owner just gave me another good reason why. Kudos to a business owner with pride and concern.

It was a solid 7, which is why I place it at 3.5 stars. I may be being picky here but it just wasn't to the level of "melt-in-your-mouth" pastrami standards for me. Not to say it wasn't good, because it was perfectly fine. In fact, it's better than most of the pastrami sandwiches I tried in Chicagoland. Maybe it's the fact that I had to bring it back to the office to eat it, and half hour had gone by and pastrami weren't as warm and the Jewish rye had become soggy by the time I took the first bite. I mean, it goes without saying that the sandwich would have been 3 times better had I sat down immediately and had it. Again, all things considered, it was a perfectly good sandwich. One interesting thing was that I had never been to an establishment that included a half sour pickle instead of a normal one and gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. Pickles can be a hit or a miss for me. I like my pickles to be crunch, but some places offer overripened ones that become borderline mushy. Schmaltz's half sour pickle was not overly salty or sour, making it very attractive for me. The more I'm thinking about it, I'm convinced that I'll have to go back and try their #14 Sloppy Paul, which is the corned beef with sauerkraut, which is another favorite of mine. And this time, I'll be sure to dine in and give another review of it to see how much I like them better.

Lots of fun deli sandwiches to choose from. I chose a French Dip; hubby had a pick two-- a cup of matzo ball soup, and 1/2 corned beef sandwich. Both served with a whole new pickle. Mine was absolutely delicious. Tons of beef, melty swiss, and grilled onion. Served nice and hot with a tasty au jus. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed his as well. Great Jewish deli.
