The majority of the staff I've spoken to is completely inept in regards to giving any accurate information. It's taken 10 months to be able to speak to a technician. When I finally did, he didn't even know what spa I owned. He hadn't bothered to look up the serial number and was giving me information about an entirely different model. I now have to wait up to 72 MORE hours to speak to a supervisor.

After I made a claim due to leaking, the sent me the 'real' warranty' and said i should be happy to pay to fix it since I got a good deal. After much, much, much, much back and forth, they agreed to fix it. Now it's leaking from a hose that did not get enough glue to hold it in place. They did pay to diagnose it, but are not paying labor to fix it now. Here's the stance of the company agent on the phone: "I wasn't in the conversation you had with the sales person. I'm telling you what we're not going to do." They said they will not take responsibility for the shoddy workmanship on the "Catalina Luxury Kennedy." A hot tub is supposed to be relaxing. Yes i had a major problem in 2021 with manufactor defect and the owner came out after i have taken many pictures for proof of my claim. problem resolved. 2025 I Need to change my spa covers, Georgia heat and age I guess wore then out. Overall I gave them five stars because i like comunication. It sames like one technician but i'm good with less hands touching.

They explained everything's I wrongly decided to get electrical done elsewhere, nothing would heat up. Josh (the owner) drove up personally and within ten minutes diagnosed that the breaker was blown. He then took his time to drive out and buy me a new breaker, install everything and test all the systems He walked me thru it all and checked for leaks and ensured all the settings were good. Trust this team with all your hot tubs and electrical setup. Incredible 10/10
