When I need something special, they do a great job of listening to what I want and helping me get it ordered. Home Outlet has become the first place I go when I need windows, flooring, cabinets, tile, counter tops, doors, and more. Another observation. With few exceptions, the same people I was dealing with in 2021 are there today. Lynn the store manager, Brent and Robert (who just retired a couple of weeks ago) are customer service experts. They are always ready to help me, but know when to leave me alone to shop and think before I need assistance.
