Parking was smooth and convenient (a huge plus), and the dome itself is fully air-conditioned, which made the whole experience comfortable even with a big crowd. The only heads-up: if you're someone who struggles with motion sickness, you might want to take precautions. The immersive visuals and environment can be a bit intense at times. First, finding songs was irritating since it's not an actual system that allows you to do that without refreshing the page and we had to spend like 10 minutes figuring out a playlist method on our own phones. Then, once we figured that out, the screen kept popping up with an error message saying playback was paused because the account was being used in another location. The first few times the staff came in to fix it but eventually they just taught us how to fix it ourselves and said it should be fine after we refresh the page and it'll just be another room's problem. . . After these mishaps the rest of the time was fine but these things just really left a bad impression on me.

The guy was very patient going over the instructions on the controller. They also have a call button by the TV for additional assistance. We celebrated my partner's birthday here, so we brought everything: drinks, food, water, utensils, plates, etc. Just need to clean up afterwards before you are done with your room. Make sure everything is in the trash can. We brought our own trash bags because their trash cans can be small for all of our accumulated trash from our drinks and food. (Also brought recycling bags.) The only thing is that our room's mics would make strange and random sounds during a song. Not sure why. The room also got warmer for 6 people over 4 hours. May need to consider a larger room if you have more than 4 people. A small room can seat comfortably up to 6 people. There is a fan inside the room. The big lights are very bright. There is disco lighting that reacts to the music if you use their programmed machine. So for lighting, there is no in between. It can be too bright or too dark. We brought our own table lights to see our food. The girls bathroom has two stalls. They were kept clean all night long. Did kind of run out of hand soap though. Will definitely come here again next time!

So much fun! Ordered a drink at the bar. They have mocktails that are not on the menu, so you have to ask. The hibiscus mocktail was so delicious and a deal at $4. My friend enjoyed her "grownup" hibiscus cocktail, too. So much fun to sing rounds of Piano Man, Sweet Caroline and Shout, that we came back the next day after another day of conferencing and closing down the adults only, Grotto Swim Bar, at the waterpark. Lose Yourself, the first time I've ever heard/sang a rap song at a piano bar. A great place to unwind after a long day of learning at Kalahari. It turned out to be a nice evening out. Two comedians warmed up the crowd before Malik B took the stage, and from the moment he started, he had everyone laughing. His observations, relatable humor, and effortless delivery kept the audience fully engaged. His set was packed with laughs, blending everyday experiences with clever storytelling. His comedic timing was outstanding and reminded us of the younger Eddie Murphy. One of the highlights of the show was Malik B's interactions with the audience, including a physical education teacher, a salesperson, and a former stripper. He kept returning to their stories throughout the set, creating hilarious running jokes that had the crowd roaring with laughter. Interestingly, he surprised them by offering to pay their tab at the end of the show (major nice gesture). Capitol City Comedy Club provided the perfect setting for a night of entertainment. The venue was comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made for a great experience. Please note that there is a two-item minimum purchase per person for food and beverages. Parking was also a breeze, with plenty of free parking available in both the mall lots and parking garages. Staff at the door to get into the showroom was rude - yelling at us trying to grab tickets from people who weren't in our party then mad at us because we stepped to the side to give room for the others to get in the door. they gave us the table closest to the door so there was a lot of shuffling around and light coming in everytime someone opened the door through out the show. They say they have a 2 item minimum but we had to flag a waitress down 30 min after the show started to even get help. we had a moscow mule ($15) and a high brew coffee (6$)bill was about 23$ I tipped 20% but now have a charge for $35- interesting calculations there.... The show was okay as well , I think pre show was better then the main show this go round. Still enjoyed my time but definitely had better experiences.
