I'm going to try and make this simple. I suggest no one goes to mr green for a attorney for a personal injury case. Noah green did NOT fight for us. Right when we sent in a letter of demand BOOM he wanted to settle. As soon as we gave push back. He was annoyed and did not want to fight for decent amount from what he ORIGINALLY asked for in the settlement. Now from what I understand is lawyers are suppose to FIGHT for the most as possible. But I was shocked how much he wanted to settle. And for how little So harsh lessoned learned. Please be smart and Yelp or Google PERSONAL INJURY lawyer and choose someone who specializing in these kind of cases and has the fight for their clients. I wrote a review for this firm last week and this firm had the review removed by Yelp because there wasn't enough information. The only reason I didnt give factual review because after reaching out to the attorney my fees were refunded so I wanted to reduce their reputation damage. But since they had the review removed here you go with detailed review. If I could I would have given 0 stars, but 1 star is because atleast the fees were refunded. This review is for Joseph Lee's services. I had my estate planning done by Mr. Lee. Once my documents were prepared and signed I was happy to have plan in place. Little did I know what the mess it was until I had it reviewed by two other attorneys from Pasadena area. Here are the issues they found in my revocable trust. 1. No designated beneficiaries or power to trustee to designate beneficiaries. This made the revocable trust invalid under Probate Section 15205. 2. Since the revocable trust is invalid, my assets would have gone into probate after death. 3. Mr.Lee had personally explained to me that the revocable trust would be setup in such a way that the distribution would be done to my children/descendants as "per stripes". Both attorneys confirmed there was no such language in the revocable trust. 4. Both attorneys confirmed that after my death the revocable trust can end up being a foreign trust considering the successor trustee are foreign citizens. Both attorneys confirmed there is no language to fix this unless there is a clause in the revocable trust itself to grant power to the trustees to appoint a different trustee who is a U.S. person. The revocable trust he setup did not have this language. NOT just that, when I reached out to him, he said there was some certain paperwork to do to avoid the trust from becoming foreign trust, however this was false based on feedback from both attorneys and from internet research on probate law. Both the attorneys also told me that for my personal situation, there was absolutely no reason a revocable trust should have been designed to pour over into my estate after death and have my assets go through probate. I saw that this work by this law firm was careless, shoddy and unprofessional. It looked clearly as work delegated to paralegal or associates. And I did not pay $2000 to have work done by an incompetent assistant. legalzoom would have done a better job. As a client, I went to an attorney expecting he would thoroughly and ethically advise me the best for my situation and handle the paper work diligently and professionally.  Since I had lost complete trust in their firm that they would diligently fix the mess they made in the revocable trust, I asked for refund and went ahead with another attorney to do the paperwork from scratch. This meant unfunding assets from old trust back to new trust which is a tedious process. Another issue is also that this firm takes the full fees upfront. The other estate planning attorneys I consulted take only initial fee, let us review their work and only if we are happy they collect final remaining amount. That speaks a lot to good work ethic. The only good part out of all this is I got the money back but it wasted almost an year worth of time and energy! read more

I recently had the pleasure to retain Sanjay Paul to handle a Green Card application for my spouse and me. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!! Sanjay Paul comes across as pleasant, friendly, and professional, but his main talent is bleeding you dry financially without a second thought. His incompetence in not filing (or even telling me about) a protective order against my ex's lawyer allowed Dream Law's legal bills on my divorce case for a 1 year marriage to skyrocket to almost $50,000. The judge actually admonished him for not filing a protective order during one of the proceedings! I can only imagine that Paul was more than happy to keep billing me for every little thing the opposing counsel threw at me, and didn't want to kill the cash cow by telling me about Protective Orders. On many occasions, Sanjay even charged me $500 - $600 for simply driving to court. When it was finally time for trial and after paying him ~$45,000, I asked for a flat fee to finish the rest of the case. He refused and showed absolutely no guilt about the insane charges to date and the unlimited fees for he was requesting for trial. This guy only cares about money. Plus, in court, Sanjay was a total mild mannered lamb, who got taken to school by the aggressive opposing counsel! And to make matters worse, when I finally fired him, he actually told me he was "relieved because this case stresses me out"!! Pathetic!! Incompetence and greed is a terrible combination for a lawyer. DO NOT USE DREAM LAW. And for that matter, don't use Yelp to find a lawyer. That was how I wound up with this ill prepared, greedy lawyer who wiped out my life savings. Talk to friends or friends of friends. That's how I found my replacement lawyer, who successfully resolved my case in court for a tiny fraction of what Paul bled from me. In conclusion, Dream Law is a NIGHTMARE!!!!! I worked with attorney Sanjay Paul a few years back. He was non-judgemental, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Going through the process of looking for an attorney he did not pressure me at all and helped me consider various options. He worked with my budget and gave me a better price than others. I do not know if he is the least expensive however, he understood where I was coming from and at the end of the day I was looking for a fair rate and a place where I felt comfortable. And to this day I feel his rate was more than fair, it did not break the bank whatsoever. I was very scared to proceed with what he was helping me but he made me so relaxed and like I said earlier he did not judge me. I am glad to see he started a practice of his own. He needed to, he is a phenomenal attorney! He takes the time to go through everything and answer every question...even if you do not think of the question till after you sat down with him. I know some of LA's top attorneys... I did not go through them initially because I have known them for so long and they have become family friends and I was afraid they would judge me as well as not pay too much attention to my case. Oh and they are really expensive because of how well known they are. Though family friends, my case would still be a small one compared to what they deal with and I did not want to feel like I was on the bottom of the totem pole so to speak. Sanjay did my divorce starting in August and he was able to end it in February which is fast considering a child was involve in the case. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Sanjay does not try to prolong the process but he try to end it within a reasonable time frame outside of court considering the other party are reasonable.
