They don't take appointments so you have to on line and join a list that can sometimes make you wait and tie up an entire waiting to be seen. If you work you can't plan around an appointment or you go on a weekend and tie your entire day. There should be a way to do both. Other than that I recommend the clinic highly. But they are not easy to work with.
