The people, however, are extremely friendly and helpful. We decided within a hour of setting up that this was not for us, but had already driven 7 hours. We found a much better facility the next day, but had to wait until the following weekend to move. We kept to ourselves, and the blinds down. Warning. They do not give refunds. It wasn't until after they had taken payment for the month, that they informed us that the pool was out of order at least until end of summer, the gate partially worked and was transitioning to a new system, the grill area out of order. We never even bothered to go to the laundry facilities, but I would not get hopes too high. We were warned not to walk at night or in the surrounding area. This is a trailer park filled with friendly, down on their luck people. It is not a place for vacationers or even business travelers.

I arrived this afternoon at around 4:30. The office was closed and I was left an envelope. I went to my assigned site. No power hookup. I specifically reserved 30 amp power. The site next to me had a power post. Mine did not. Unacceptable. No one answered the after hours number. I left a couple of messages. That was 2 hours ago. Crickets. I called around and found an open park, out of the way but with a site for the night. This was a bad way to end a long day on the road. The whole point of stopping here was that it is a convenient and easy stop for the night. Without that, no reason to stay there. Avoid it. One night like this is enough.

This park is reasonably priced with easy access to the freeways and things to do. Its a large park with several spaces. Some parts are the park are well maintained and other parts not as good as they could be, but its more from tenants not doing their part.
