Back again for the same volleyball tournament a year later. Exactly as expected from our previous…read morevisit. A great value at $50/night considering it would be $15/day to park in the lot for the event. Might as well stay there for an additional $35 and have a place to go chill between games! I look forward to this tournament each year now to stay on site. It would be a bit inconvenient staying here if you were not attending whatever event is going on as you need to drive across the entire parking lot to get to the RV area and also leaving mid morning wouldn't be a lot of fun exiting with a full lot of cars.. however, arrive the night before the event, and in our case, we left at 630 am to get to our game location off site when it was nice and quiet. Still cockroaches when you open the cement top to the sewer hook ups, but we were prepared this time with spray and then no issues. Also know there are no restrooms or showers, so you are 100% self contained.

They are never in the office and explains that after 12 PM you need to make an appointment. They never answer the phone nor do they call you back after leaving any voicemails to make an appointment. They discriminate against tenants for their own gain. Do not recommend this place whatsoever. They have no idea how to manage or run an RV park accordingly. When they are proved wrong or they don't feel like taking accountability they will hang up in your face and no longer answer you. They are hateful and the husband has absolutely no idea what he is talking about half the time. They don't know their own policies and refused to give out corporates number because they know they are in the wrong. There are better places to stay than this horrible place!
