I love onions so I asked her for extra and she reply "you'll get what I can give" .. which was literally 6 pieces of onion on a Philly.. I was shocked and asked what she said just so I could hear correctly and she said it again.. I even offered to pay extra and she mention how they cant measure so she has to give what she can.. iv never experienced so much poor customer service in subway then here.. one day I came in during lunch and a young lady was saying it was shut down due to her arm being in a brace.. understandable but wow no help? I'm not sure if it's a manager thing or just poor customer service but I spoke with the manager this time because maybe I may have been wrong but iv never been told I can't get extra onions or even pay for extra on my sandwich.. I can deal with someone having a bad day but there's constantly an issue in this location when it comes to service..
