It would be an excellent hot dog slaw. The star of the show, or the scene stealer, was the Brunswick stew. It was not a "soup" as many heretics create. Everything is cooked to order, so it took a minute to come out but it's about as long as I expected. Took it back home and it was delicious! I really liked the gold color of the catfish.
