There's a healthy portion of Birria braised beef layered on top of two smash burger patties. The patties were juicy, medium, paired with the flavors from the Birria is a real delight. Although I'd prefer just a bit more salt on the braised beef. Burger lovers, this is a must try. Another special on their menu, Birria Regatoni Handmade Pasta, looks too good to eat, honestly.
