I asked one employee for help on a guitar model, and he refused me service because I was open about not securing a sale. A music store is supposed to help musicians find the right instruments for them. A guy that works there with spiky dark hair is rude, pushy, not helpful, and just an uncomfortable presence. He ways eyes us and makes us feel unwelcome then hovers over people. It's a shame because this place has potential, the service does not.
