Long time customer. (Around 8 years). Will never go there again because of the guy with the…read morebritish? accent. I usually dealt with Scott... but he was off this day. Went in to sell a couple items, did not like the offer, so I told him I was going to see if I could get more for them elsewhere very politely. There was no malice of any kind on my end. He proceded to curse me out because he was mad I didnt want to sell it to him I guess? Or having a bad day.. no idea. But he said I shouldnt have come in, and how dare i waste his f***** time. etc, this went on for a while. my only response was.., you understand im a customer and shop here all the time right? He said he had never seen me before in his life... Just a terrible human being. He is the sole reason I do not shop there anymore. I will not enter that store again until he is fired. I spoke with the regional manager about the incident, but the fact that he is still working there after that speaks volumes. The whole incident was extremely weird.

I filled out the check-in sheet which was also a professional element to my experience. The BEST part of my experience was working with Laura. She was professional and very accommodating. She shared that she has only been working there for 7 months. Well, let me tell you, i would have lost money if I made a bet of her tenure at the store. She is fantastic! No one should live like that. Chris and his crew stepped in and cleared out all rooms, taking many items for donation and other items to be trashed. They cleared out his kitchen which had so many canned/boxed food items that were expired. Chris even moved items so they weren't a tripping hazard, he pointed out fire hazards too. He did all of this with compassion and understanding, even recommending a company to help with ongoing cleaning/care to avoid my relative's place returning to its unlivable state. He even provided tax documents for donated items. I live out of state and couldn't be there, and Chris communicated with me throughout the process, sending me videos as he progressed.
