Within minutes they contacted me back checking to see if I could do it on the same day. I told them yes. Later that day they arrived and arrived with their masks on. They told me not to worry about anything and they would be done in an hour. Man this was such great service. Once they were done they showed me the work they did and it looked amazing. They did all this at a great price also. The best part about their company was they were professional and very nice. So if you need someone to clean your solar panels, these are the guys. I was very skeptical about getting Solar because of the stories I'd heard about the rebates, and I was worried about the "catch." After getting multiple bids on the project and the system that I needed, this company was able to do it right. They quoted me a reasonable price for the design, whereas other companies pushed leasing, which cost more over time, and others wanted to charge way more for the system because of the rebate increase. Missing leading customers, overcharging, and lacking the best financing options. Daniel, however, was very reasonable and professional, explaining it step-by-step. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was able to get the system up promptly and was very professional, as I have a newborn at home. It wasn't inconvenient when I asked questions, and he would respond even if he had a long day on other projects, which I appreciate. I cannot say the same about others. I thought the others were trying to make a commission and even wanted to contract parts of the job like Bird shielding. Which for the price is ridiculous. They were working in my attic putting in a fan. Shortly after I noticed that when my washer would change gears my lights would blink. The contractor's electrician said I needed a new panel, ($4k). of course I called Bill Schwarck and told him what was happening. He said, "That is not inside your house that's the line coming in. Call PG&E and tell them the line is bad, they'll come right away". THEY DID! Even in retirement Bill was working all the time! I'm so glad one of his sons is an electrician. We use Max. Like his father he's competent, organized, thoughtful, and says what he means and means what he says. Being connected in anyway to the master is the best you can get.

One month later Andres has expanded his business. He came over with his son and pressure washed the moss off our roof and cleaned out all our gutters. I even noticed he took extra care when leaning his extension ladder against the roof - he would put a cloth between the ladder and roof so as not to damage my roof. When completed he showed me the cleaned panels. He did a great job and I would hire him again.
