Jason quickly came out, assessed the area and recommended what it needed. He even walked me through why some boards needed replacing. After providing an estimate, which was very fair, he got to work as soon as he wrapped up his current project. Even with thunderstorms, Jason completed the job quickly! He clearly has an eye for doing quality work as he found a water damaged post and replaced it for a minimal amount. He also repainted, caulked, and put some sheet metal to further waterproof the area.
