The Med Salad had good flavors overall but the croutons were so hard they were almost inedible and there was an overwhelming amount of anise in it which caught me off guard. The bone broth was the biggest disappointment; it lacked depth and tasted more like an old bouillon cube than a fresh and rich broth. On a positive note, my friend's chopped peanut salad looked fresh and well-composed, so there are definitely bright spots on the menu. In the end, it wasn't a terrible experience--just not one that stood out in the way we hoped. With some tweaks in execution and clearer communication on menu items, it could easily be much better.
