warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i purchased a…read morering in april 2025 while on sale and put it back for a birthday gift 8-7-25. i purchased the warranty. a couple of weeks later it was taken in to be sized and was there a coupe of weeks. she wore it for 2 weeks and i was at a jelers having my rings checked so we just had them check her for the heck of it. there was a stone missing, we were shocked. we put it up and about a week or teo later took it in to be repaired. they said the metal was warranty but not stones. we called and talked to the manager in okc and he said since it was bought online and in april he could not help me so i called the customer service for zales outlet. they will not stan d behind their products. we were to have it inspected in october even though it was not worn and they had it in their repair shop most of october , you would think they would have inspected it. i have purchased many pieces over the years from zales but i will never again purchase anything from them. obviously they are not the same company they used to be 25 plus years ago.

We walked in, and only one of 5 girls was working. The other four were all sitting in their own stylist chairs looking at their Iphones. So I thought we hit the jackpot. Instead, they tried to make each other do the haircut and when no one wanted to, they told me to come back another time???? What???? I was so confused and it felt so ackward. My son's hair is easy, straight blond hair, just needed a cut. It usually takes about 10 minutes to cut. We are not picky, just wanted a hair cut. Seriously? I don't even get polish, so the focus should have been on proper cuticle care, trimming, and buffing. Unfortunately, none of that was done correctly. My skin was not trimmed properly, my toes were not buffed evenly, and the overall service felt rushed and careless. The technician appeared distracted because she was also responsible for another client's fingernails. As soon as that client's pedicure was finished, my service felt rushed just so she could move on. I spoke up about the quality of the service while I was still there, and there was really no meaningful remedy offered. Instead of charging me the full $30, she reduced it to $20. I appreciate the discount, the reality is I'm still going to have to pay for another pedicure somewhere else to have it done correctly. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. A pedicure should feel relaxing and thorough, even without polish. I did not receive that level of care here. I hope management addresses the quality of service and ensures clients receive the attention they are paying for.
