My most recent visit was the worst. I asked for a simple trim and ended up with my hair cut way above my shoulders and bangs that look like something from elementary school. The stylist was very nice, but the cut itself was terrible. For $55 with no style included, the result should not look like something I have to grow out and fix myself at home. What's frustrating is that my husband has gotten great haircuts here, but every time I go, my hair ends up uneven, too short, or completely different from what I asked for. It seems like they do much better with men's cuts because they do a decent job for my husband and his co-workers. I really wanted this place to work out, but the quality just isn't there.

His haircuts are $28 for a wash and a haircut. Mine are $33 for a wash and a haircut, with no blow dry afterward, which is very reasonable. I've never gotten a blow dry or style afterward, but it's $20 more dollars. You have to call to make an appointment. Cathy is usually at the front desk and is very friendly. Haircuts, which include a wash/massage (using great-smelling Redken shampoo and conditioner) in addition to the haircut, are 30 minutes and they stick to a tight schedule. If you're running a couple minutes late, they appreciate a call to let them know. If it's more than a couple minutes, you might be pushed back or rescheduled altogether, which is understandable. I highly recommend Libby! She gives the most amazing massages. I trust Libby to just do her thing. She always knows how much hair to cut off to make it healthy again and she always makes it look good. I come here, get an amazing shampoo/head massage experience to start, then a cut, followed by a blow dry and hair straightened! And it's reasonably priced! Way less than the other salons I've gone to where i paid $75+ and walked out the salon with my hair still wet because it was extra $$ for a blow dry. I've recommended multiple ppl here and even my husband gets his hair cut here now! Highly recommend!!
