Whether it is for $5 a class or for a monthly fee, Next Level has weigh-ins, personal coaching and calorie awareness to help get gains for its clients. Still another perk of the monthly rate is to be able to do workouts at your leisure because the instructor is streamed and recorded to not ever miss a day for home use. Inside a spacious pole barn where socially distanced grids are set up and a plethora of anti-bacterial hand sanitizers, masks and other supplies are readily available. So you do get a personal trainer experience, however the workouts are not consistently good. Also, when I attended this gym there were times that the trainers were late. One time the trainer was 15 minutes late because he had car issues. I understand that things happen, but when you are paying 50 dollars for a 45 min class...15 min is worth more than a couple of bucks. He did not even mention a reimbursement or tried to make up the 15 minutes we lost. Lastly, if you decide to go to this gym, please read the fine print and check your credit card statement. I noticed they charged me a 30 dollar enrollment fee that was not mentioned anywhere in the contract. I have asked the owner to reimburse me since October and he still has not. Just a heads up if you decide to go to this gym.

I like that they do a mix of resistance, cardio and hybrid workouts. They typically have a little bit of everything in each day. This is more cross training based so expect to lift light and fast. If you enjoy the heavy lifting with low reps to build muscle, this isn't for you. If you're looking to get lean, then this is a great workout! My only issue is that they advertise a 45 min class but the workout itself is closer to 35mins.

I had a baby within the year and after 7 straight days of this class I felt like I legit dropped the 10 pounds I had left to lose. F45 is a total-body workout with a mix of cardio and strength. It is interval training so you will never get bored. There are ropes, kettle bells, box jumps, rowing, cycling, and so much more! They are currently running a promotion for $1 for one week trial and totally worth checking out. I signed up for the Founders Rate. I haven't gone to the gym in three years. The trainers will help you if you need any modifications to you workout. I look forward to the results I'll see as I continue on with these workouts.
