I can't recommend Jose more highly. He was incredibly responsive, on time, and full of honesty and integrity. He came and spent ~30-45 min checking everything out and he came to realize that it was just our faucet head and a part of our water filter that wasn't working. He could have charged me for (a) coming to look and then (b) to fix it. Instead he said, honestly, these are really simple to install and fairly cheap at Home Depot, you could just buy it and install it yourself if you wanted. He charged me NOTHING. 'Twas the night before Thanksgiving and all through the bathroom water was leaking. A call went out to half a dozen plumbers through Yelp's project program and Centro Plumbing responded the fastest. Within 30 minutes he was on site assessing the issue and offering a fair price to remedy the holiday horror. He dashed to the store for parts before they closed and shortly thereafter returned to fix everything properly. I knew what the problem was and could have fixed it on my own, but did not have time with the holidays. My basement shower began overflowing with wastewater one night so I sent out a request on yelp for an emergency plumber. Most of them told me they could come out tomorrow morning, but Centro Plumbing & Rooter responded quickly that they could be there in 20 minutes. I knew nothing about Centro Plumbing & Rooter before this, but I needed someone out immediately so I asked him to come by. I consider myself extremely lucky that a plumber as good and HONEST as Jose was the plumber who was able to come out immediately. Jose diagnosed the issue quickly, and gave a valiant effort to fix it. When he didn't have success, he pulled out his cameras and looked at my pipes and discovered a major issue due to a previous plumbers mistake. Despite it taking away work from him, Jose told me I needed to get that other plumber to pay to fix it because this wasn't right. Jose then spent the next few days coaching me on exactly what to say to this plumber and that plumber eventually came out and completely replaced his mistake on his dime.
