Not the BBQ I was hoping for. Over price and the BBQ is not worth a second try. Owner was nice and that's why I'm giving it two stars.

Good food, reasonable prices, a bit slow service, but definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Love the staff, always fun and friendly. Great selection of beer, wine, Singles, everyday oops…read moreitems (milk, TP, cat food etc), lottery and snacks. Have been a customer for 6 + years and always my first stop for a quick grab.

This evening, fate called…read more It arrived in the form of a 4-foot vinyl banner violently flapping in the Ohio wind, proudly proclaiming the existence of Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Fine dining rarely announces itself with such confidence. With my dinner plans in ruins and culinary desperation setting in, I guided my vehicle into Norm's Market and was fortunate enough to secure one of the establishment's coveted parking spaces. Luck was clearly on my side. Upon entering, I was greeted by a thoughtfully curated collection of domestic beer, Monster Energy, beef jerky, scratch-off lottery tickets, and the unmistakable aroma of... possibility. Beyond the glowing Mega Millions sign, tucked into the back corner like a secret known only to locals, stood the Krispy Krunchy Chicken counter. It practically shimmered beneath the fluorescent lights. Behind the glass rested an impressive display of fried poultry that appeared to have been aging like a fine bourbon beneath the warming lamps. Alongside it sat potato wedges and several mysterious cups containing what I could only assume were side dishes. After careful consideration, I selected the Cajun Chicken Sandwich Krunch Box. The side selection required deep reflection. Mashed potatoes? Red beans? In the end, the neon-orange mac & cheese whispered my name. And because I believe life's greatest regrets begin with the words "I don't need the biscuit," I authorized the additional investment for the honey butter biscuit. The tasting would be conducted al fresco... in the driver's seat of my Bronco. Now... The sandwich. Friends... I wanted to love it. Unfortunately, the chicken possessed the texture of a flip-flop that had completed a Tough Mudder. The breading somehow managed to be both crispy and oddly gelatinous at the same time, a culinary paradox that science may never fully explain. The Cajun seasoning packed respectable heat, but the true jump scare came from the pickles, whose unexpected appearance nearly caused me to abandon the entire expedition at the nearest stop sign. Then... A hero emerged. The mac & cheese. Visually, it resembled something a preschool art class might create using safety-orange paint and Elmer's glue. Yet somehow... somehow... it absolutely slapped. Perfectly cooked noodles. Rich, cheesy, molten goodness. It had no business being that good. But the undisputed champion... The honey butter biscuit. Ladies and gentlemen... We've gathered here today to recognize a biscuit that understood the assignment. Golden. Fluffy. Warm. Sweet. Buttery. It was less of a side item and more of a spiritual experience. Final Michelin Summary Ambiance: Nothing says luxury quite like dining between a rack of la bubu's and a walk-in beer cooler while someone debates Powerball numbers. Service: Efficient. Professional. My meal was presented with the confidence of a five-star maître d'. Chicken: Between the gooey breading and the rubbery texture, I just can't give it the score I hoped for. Mac & Cheese: The ugly duckling that became a swan. Honey Butter Biscuit: Protect this recipe at all costs. Overall: Would I return? Absolutely. Not for the chicken. I'm coming back for that biscuit like it's got my social security number.
