I had a big Mango Marg and we were given warm complimentary bread. Their Grilled Chicken & Strawberry Salad is pretty good. Given that we have gone to Texas Roadhouse a few times, it was easy to compare the two. Texas has a nice happy hour and a better draft beer selection. And those rolls. When this place opened near my house I was reluctant to stop in. I remember going to big chain steak houses in the past and I usually ended up being disappointed. I've been here twice now, and both times have been good experiences. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is very clean and new. All of the food prices are very reasonable, and what I've eaten (the cheeseburger and chop steak) has been delicious. The service was incredible! Everything came out super quickly and fresh. My biggest complaint was even though my husband and I ordered the same cut of steak with the same doneness, one of them was super tall and thick and the other was much thinner, making it much rarer inside. Went about 5 pm on a Saturday for early fathers day dinner. Last minute change of place. Wife got on call ahead, when we pulled in we had been dropped because we were longer getting there. Lot was full but wife went in and they seated us immediately. Waiter was johnny on spot, attentive and personable. Drinks came out quick as did app. The expediting staff was spot on. Meal was for the most part amazing, Ribeye was cooked just right but the cook was heavy handed with their texas seasoning, so the heat was just a tad uncomfortable. Wife had a Margarita, tasted like gin instead of Tequila, waiter replaced it still tasted like gin instead. Pre bussing was good, im huge on that. Upon arriving at LongHorn Stakehouse I noticed the parking lot was packed. I was pretty nervous I wouldn't be able to get a table for my soon to arrive friend and myself. After putting my name in for a table they took my phone number to txt when table was ready. They then txtd me a link that I could keep track of my place in line for a table. I hadn't seen that before and thought it was really cool. I ended up getting a table in about 20 minutes. To start I ordered a beer. It took a really long time to receive my drink. The server was nice about it and apologized and went to check on it. After doing so the drinks arrived pretty quick. For dinner I ordered the New York strip steak (medium rare of course), loaded sweet potato and Cesar salad. The salad was just ok. I really enjoyed the sweet potato. It had great flavor and I appreciated they put the toppings on the side so I could determine how much I wanted to add. The New York Strip was seasoned well and cooked how I wanted. The stuffed mushrooms are pretty cheesy and is definitely best while it is still hot. It is a little too cheesy for me personally but overall it is still good. So yummy! Have been wanting to go to this new longhorn in Graceland for a while. The service was great and everyone was super kind. The firecracker chicken wraps were so yummy as an appetizer. I had the french onion soup and it was delicious and savory. My boyfriend created his own combo with the Parmesan crusted chicken and a 6oz filet, and then got broccoli and a loaded baked potato as his sides. The filet was tender and delicious. Went to the new Longhorn at Graceland for our anniversary dinner. I had the ribeye while my wife chose the sirloin. My ribeye with mushrooms and baked potato was good. It came medium as I asked but I thought it wasn't seasoned very well and the mushrooms were weak looking. My wife's sirloin was cooked medium as well but again lacked seasoned taste as well for a tougher cut of meat. I finished my steak; she did not. Service was fine and it's a nice decor inside but it should be since it's new. I would rate this experience a 3.5 but I don't think I'll come back. read more

This specific location of Longhorn is particularly nice. It is a bit busy but you can put your name in online to ease the pain. It's incredible that you can get two steak entrées, two sides each person for like 50 bucks truly miraculous in this day and age of hyperinflation and overpriced stakes. The food from my takeout order was fresh. However, I was not pleased with the young woman who greeted me at the Togo order area. She appeared to lack enthusiasm for her job. When I said hello, she had a disinterested demeanor, asked for my name, noticed my order, and then walked away without saying anything. (While I waited I seen the restaurant look peaceful I would return again.) When she returned, she handed me my bag without uttering a word. I just went there last night to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday with our friends. The hosts were not friendly and had RFB. They seat us at a table that had a mountain of French fries under the table. Drink service was a bit slow, but it was Friday night. My filet came out medium push when I ordered medium rare and my steamed broccoli was barely cooked. They remade it but by the time I got my steak everyone else was finished. No manager approached the table to see how our experience was. The waitress never asked if we were celebrating anything, so my husband didn't get a candle or dessert. Other than the bread service, which was delicious, there is no reason to come back here. read more

Wow! I am so disappointed, longhorn is usually great. So when they opened this one close to us...home away from home? My husband and I and my son and his wife and three kids had their takeout last night. The food was awful. I had the shrimp appetizer and it just tasted funny. I don't think it was bad. It just was yucky. I ate about a quarter of it and I was like I give up , then I had a baked potato again. It tasted OK wasn't great but when I finally pulled the foil it was gray. My beautiful daughter-in-law had a sirloin steak that she ordered medium. It was black. It wasn't even brown. It was black. She ate like three tiny bites so again throw away most of it. She also did not care for her mac & cheese. This girl loves mac & cheese. She ate about two or three bites of that to my grandkids have mac & cheese. Neither one of them ate it, to be fair the youngest one is two. My other grandson only ate about half of his burger. My husband did not eat his fries. He did eat most of his burger because he was Hungary but it was dry. Really nothing was nice. To be fair, we did get this to go and they've only been open a month or two. So we're going to give them another shot in a month or so cause like I said Longhorn is usually wonderful, but this place is really suffering from growing pains. read more

Our second visit was very good; four of us went there for dinner on Sunday, August 4th. The food was very good and served as ordered. The waiter was excellent, very attentive, and helpful. Drinks were refilled as needed, and all other needs were fulfilled as requested. The onion chips were served hot right from the fryer, and that is good. The steaks were cooked to perfection and were very tasty. The baked potatoes needed to spend a little more time in the cooker, but other than that they were very good. The desert, volcano I think, was simply delicious. All in all, it was a very nice outing, with good friends and good food. read more

Was happy to see this new location closer to home having been to many Longhorns previously. Unfortunately this location did not meet what we have come to expect from Longhorn. My wife and I each ordered the Flo's Filet. As soon as it arrived we both thought it was the wrong cut. In every other Longhorn we are used to a nice thick lean cut . These cuts were maybe 3/4" which also makes it hard to do a traditional medium-medium rare throughout. Being fair, Let's just say our steaks looked nothing like what they advertise. Both our steaks were overly seasoned (and I enjoy seasoning). My wife's was undercooked and mine very overcooked. I ordered it medium rare but it was medium well, no pink at all. Typically at Longhorn they follow up right away to see if it is cooked properly but I had to wave someone down after a wait. They were very gracious and quickly brought me a second steak which was cooked correctly but I questioned if it was even a Tenderloin as it had fat lines and it even looked like someone had cut into it to check done ness. It did taste good though but by this time our dining experience just was a big disappointment and we were celebrating a special occasion. Our server was very apologetic and did a good job. The manager came by twice, was friendly and offered to do something to make it right, which we had to remind him of when the check came. It's a new place and maybe they are going through growing pains but would be awhile before I came back to this location. Just not the food quality and consistency we have come to expect at Longhorn. read more

The only reason for the 3 star was the server was one of the worst I have encountered in a very long time. Paid with a gift card and cash and the server never came back with the change. This person didn't deserve a 20% tip let alone basically stealing an additional $14 on top of what would have been a 20% tip and hiding in the kitchen until we left. I called after after leaving and the manager was fantastic and very friendly and apologized for the issue that we encountered and made up for the bad experience with the server. I would have stayed and spoken to the manager in person before leaving but had someplace to be an hour away and couldn't wait. The atmosphere, food, and all of the other staff were great as well. It felt like this server was one of those people that should never be customer facing because everything seemed like and inconvenience to them. When someone practically throws your food at you and walks away and never comes back for drink refills there is an issue. I will return to this location because of the manager and the other staff. If I could remember the managers name that I spoke to I would state that here. Probably one of the best people I have dealt with when there has been an issue. read more
