I was impressed most of all when she washed hand before moving on. I've had a message at other places where they work on your feet first and the move to your head or other parts of your body. They should either do your feet last. It's just gross when they don't take the time to wash their hands and move to you head after your feet. This was just a plus since she wiped my feet before she started and then washed her hands when she was done. I was so relaxed and felt so good after she was done. I would definitely recommend her toy friends. I'm looking forward to my next session.

In all honesty, I was skeptical about the reiki, but I figured it doesn't hurt to try. Let me tell you, during the reiki portion of the package I could really feel surges of energy moving though my body - I have never experienced anything like it in my life. My friend said the same thing. The whole package was great and Suzanne made me feel really at ease. Afterwards, we both felt incredible relaxed and at peace. My friend and I are chronically miserable people, and this is a HUGE accomplishment! It has been 3 days since we visited, and we can still feel the difference.

I went in with some major issues, asthma (due to allergy) that was not responding to my inhaler, neck stiffness (from having a hard time breathing), upper back tightness, shoulder soreness (from heavy cleaning), lower back tweaked, and hamstring tightness. Together we went through some of my feeling-thinking-response patterns. These were ingrained from long ago and no longer had any relevance to my current life but were holding me back. Linda helped release these restrictive obstructions and integrate a more beneficial pattern of well-being and self-acceptance. I'm in the midst of my doctoral studies and worked hard on an evidence-based practice implementation which my raters found too technical. I knew I had to start from scratch and was very concerned about what project I should focus on for the remainder of my program. After working with Linda, it was as if I was sinking baskets and scoring points daily. Not only because my aim was better but because the basket was actually edging closer to help me score. Things that would otherwise have pulled me off course, fell away. I have so many examples of this occurring and will mention two of the more notable instances. Years ago, I'd missed an opportunity to be inducted to an international honor society. The paperwork was time-sensitive and the opportunity had passed, by the time I recovered from an accident. I was invited again this semester but the university changed its email servers and the message got stuck, hidden in a junk file. A colleague who had also been invited, reached out to me suggesting I check through my mail. One week prior to the induction ceremony, I found the message and documents to be completed. Surprisingly, I received all of the necessary letters of recommendation from my references the very next day after I requested them. One dean actually showed up in my office to hand-deliver her recommendation to me. That new topic that I needed for my studies, which I was sweating over? Not only did one fall into my lap at my office, 10K to fund the research was granted from a health philanthropy. The primary investigator moved state before the start and the grant writer reached out for my expertise to coordinate data collection and analysis. The rater that frowned down my previous topic, graded me A's on my assignments and took part in the photo op at the honor society with me, the dean and my other inductee colleague. I'm busy doing a great deal of work on that project now with a small team to bounce ideas off of and help with tasks I don't have the bandwidth to take on. In doing so, she banned me from lifting weights and challenging exercises which led to my physical deterioration and melted the majority of my muscles from my legs to hips. I came to Dani with knee pain and extreme hip pain. We are at our three month mark, and I am lifting weights, jogging, jumping, etc. I still have some knee pain every other day but its a process. I would definitely recommend them. They are attentive, follow up, and gradually keep up with your exercise plan. Their goal is to improve your every day life and damn, they surely achieve that. Front desk is always available, they always answer the phone and scheduling sessions is easy.

Every session was magical and powerful. I could feel the energy shifting on many levels. But on a more practical level, the reiki really helped to clear some of my chronic sinus pain and congestion. The day of our first session I was feeling super agitated by all the energy shifts going on right now both individually and globally. My nervous system couldn't handle it. A fire truck siren passed me on the street and I seriously almost passed out. My system was on the verge of shut down. Thank goodness I went in for a reiki session with Khristee! She is amazing and the session was very powerful. I felt much clearer and stronger afterwards. It's modern, clean, zen, peaceful, aesthetically pleasing, and a safe space with sound machines and electronically designed to hide the identity of clients inside the rooms at the switch or a button. They also care about the staff ... they have snacks and drinks for staff along with the 3rd floor dedicated to provide a zen like quiet space for staff. This is a description from Google: "ASun Star is a social services organization in East Rutherford, NJ, that provides behavioral and mental health services for at-risk youth, adults, and families, including those with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). They offer in-home and outpatient counseling, after-school programs, and specialized support for issues like trauma, substance abuse, and anger management, using a strength-based approach to help individuals reach their potential." It's amazing and lovely and a place you can get help to make you work on your best self. Plus an EV charging station. BTW it's right across from the NJ Transit East Rutherford train station so it's very accessible.
