Massage is always good if you get the right person; hit or miss. The place is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Parking is sketchy sometimes, but the neighborhood is safe and clean; white plains. The manager can be rude, very harsh and unprofessional. Hard to schedule; not very flexible or accommodating to customer's needs. It's cheap with discounts or Groupon which is all they're worth; not worth paying full price. I only go when there's a promotion. Bring quarters for street parking; quarters only. Wow! Been here about 5 or 6 times now. Different masseuse each time - usually I feel like it's luck of the draw at massage places. Not here, every massage has been excellent. Reasonable pricing, always accommodating and able to get an appointment within an hour, clean and friendly service. They charge more if you're using a CC or debit. So bring cash. Tip at least 18% or you may get an uncomfortable side eye and prodding to increase. Just have seen it happen to others while I'm waiting and it's awkward. In my opinion the ladies deserve it - they've always done a great job. Don't expect a consultation or anything like that. Speak up if you have particular issues. But I've found that they mostly can find what ails you just through touch! Not a huge fan of the decor but my eyes are closed for most of the time anyway so who cares. read more

This facility is not clean and is certainly dealing with a bedbug infestation. Do not come here unless you want to contaminate your home! I received a massage a few weeks ago at Island Foot Spa. During the session, I felt a few bites on my legs but thought it was just a normal itch. Later that day, I looked and saw 5 bed bug bites up and down my leg and arms. I used to work in hospitality, so I know the signs of bed bugs when I see them. Sure enough, I found two bed bugs that had attached themselves to my pants. Fortunately I caught this issue before it was too late. A bed bug contamination in your home is extremely expensive and a massive pain to deal with. The massage was a 6/10, and the facility is loud and not relaxing. But the bed bugs are the real reason this place is getting a 1 star review instead of a 3 star. read more

I read the reviews and noticed the snarky ones are at least two years old. I had a dismal experience at Sea Spa in Briarcliff and was looking for a new place so I bought a Groupon for here. I know how Groupon works; it "helps advertise" but also attracts cheapskate bargain hunters so I was very clear about the terms and asked "Jackie" for SPECIFICS. He said the $52 Groupon for a 90-minute session, normally $69, would only be accepted Monday through Wednesday 10:30 AM to noon so that's when I booked. I don't like being "handled" by women I am not involved with so I asked for a male therapist and Tony was SO INCREDIBLE I will go back once or twice a month at the regular $69 cash price. I understand Chinese business people are very big on tips; Tony was so good I tipped $15 on $52; he was THAT GOOD. The rooms are small and tight but it's not as if we are playing soccer in there! The place is clean and quiet, peaceful, NO BEDBUGS, and Jackie was very pleasant at the counter. Don't listen to most of the people griping here. read more

I had a wonderful experience here for my 60-min foot reflexology treatment. It was very clean, and everyone was courteous and wore masks and used hand sanitizer multiple times. The treatment itself was so relaxing - it starts with an arm, hand and shoulder massage, moves on to feet and legs, and ends with more shoulder massage. I was blissed out by the end. I had a very good overall experience at Island Foot Spa. I purchased a Groupon for a 70-minute therapeutic back massage with hot stones and essential oils. I called to make an appointment, and they were able to fit me in on the day I called (I asked, but wasn't expecting it to be possible). Everything went smoothly with the check-in and redeeming my Groupon. When checking in, I was asked and decided to pay the $10 extra for "deep tissue" massage. I was shown to a small private area. Everything was clean, and I felt safe in terms of COVID precautions. All of the staff members wore masks, and I kept my on the whole time. When I called to make the appointment, I had said that I was more comfortable having a woman do the massage. It seemed fine at the time, so when a man walked in ready to do the massage. When I asked about it, I was told that a "female" wouldn't be there for at least 20 minutes, and I decided not to wait and see. If you want to be sure, I think you have to ask for a "female," to be absolutely clear. Tony did a terrific job with the massage. It was definitely a deep muscle massage, and not just a relaxing rub. He was very thorough, and despite wanting a woman initially, I felt totally comfortable. I felt that he worked most on the areas that needed it most, and still did a full massage (not just back). I'm a bit sure the day after, but I think it's just from my muscles really being worked. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is that, unlike other massage experiences I've had, there was no communication requested beforehand (or during) about any health issues or areas of concern for the masseuse to watch out for. I got the impression that only certain people spoke/understood English. He did ask once during the massage if something was Ok, and I said yes, but that was it. I would hope a good masseuse would just be able to feel what was going on in terms of muscle tightness, etc., but I would have felt more comfortable if they had asked to be sure to be careful of injury spots, etc. It is not a fancy spa, but if you're looking for a clean place and a great massage without breaking the bank, I would recommend going there. read more

The receptionist walked me and my friend into our room and it was so dark I could barley see where I was walking.
