I requested treatments at the desk, by phone and over email. They said they didn't know how to book them or perform them as all of the staff was new. I was paying $200 a month and more for products, treatments, and services. It is not worth it. While I was here almost daily, I saw other complaints and issues arise with other clients. Do not come here. I had been coming here for over 20 years. After their management changed, the location went downhill quickly. I go to another local spa that is much better. With all of the spas in the area, I recommend going to any of the other ones.

There is no place to hang your robe or clothes while you are in the showers or sauna. The quiet lounge area isn't that quiet. It's small and some don't really abide by the whisper zone. Her healing hands know exactly where to work the knots out and reverse my pain and improve my posture from hunching over at work all the time.
