The location is conveniently located off Highway 59 near the Galleria and has a free covered parking garage behind the building. It's easiest to access from Westpark Drive. After parking, enter through the rear entrance, then on the first floor turn left at the elevators and walk to the end of the hallway to Suite 125. One thing to note: there are no restrooms on the first floor. The second-floor restroom requires a key, while the fourth-floor restroom does not. Check-in was easy, and Jose at the front desk was very friendly. The spa offers Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy massages. The rooms were cozy with dim lighting and relaxing music. I especially appreciated the large massage tables since I'm 6'4" and could actually fit comfortably without my feet hanging off. The tables also have face openings for lying face down. My therapist, Glenda, gave good, strong pressure during the deep tissue portions of the massage, exactly what I wanted. My wife's therapist was Alex. The therapists communicated throughout the session about pressure and positioning. The studio has 3 rooms total; 2 for couples and 1 with a single bed. The only thing I'd mention is that the massage incorporated quite a bit of Thai-style stretching, including pulling, twisting, and leg stretches, which I didn't like. I was expecting a traditional full deep tissue session rather than a mix of deep tissue and stretching. My wife also noted it was her first massage ever where a therapist had her lie on her side for part of the treatment, which was different from previous massages she's had. Communication was somewhat difficult because he spoke very quickly and had a strong accent, but we were eventually able to schedule a weekday appointment. One thing that felt unusual was being asked to redeem my Groupon voucher over the phone before arriving, since most places typically redeem it onsite. Shortly afterward, I received a text confirmation for a Thai combo massage instead of the deep tissue massage I booked. I called back immediately, and Jose assured me the reservation was corrected. On the day of the appointment, we arrived about 10 minutes early. There is free parking available in the back, and the massage studio is a very small space located at the corner of the building with only three treatment rooms. The massage lasted about 55 minutes total with quite a lot of stretching. I was told to face up, down and even on my sides. The masseuse only used a hand towel to cover while I was turning. Despite being with my husband's presence, it felt awkward because the towel was too small and there was lots of time wasted on repositioning. We asked Jose about the stretching because it seemed more like a Thai massage than a deep tissue session. Due to language barrier, I understood that they incorporate stretching into their deep tissue massages as part of their technique. He also mentioned that if clients do not want stretching, they should let the therapist know beforehand. Since this was our first visit on deep tissue, we had no way of knowing that stretching would be such a large component of the massage. This is definitely not the typical Western deep tissue masaage that I have received in the past two decades and I typically get at least one massage weekly. My husband only got some leg stretches and he didn't need to move to the sides at all. Will I be back? They did walk on my back and applied decent pressure. The towel is a bit smaller than the usual sheet that covers you. I was pleasantly surprised by the addition of hot stones and aromatherapy (which did trigger my allergies) but the room itself was kept a bit cool, left me shivering a bit since the towel can't cover my entire body. Overall, if I'm back in the area, I'd consider returning but definitely make sure to allow time to call them for assistance getting into the building. I got a Groupon for a 1 hour deep tissue massage with hot stones and hot towels booked for 4PM. Their site states that it is truly 1 hour with out undress or consultation time so they ask you to come 5 minutes early. I got there about 12 minutes early but the building was locked so I had to call to be let in. I think this would have been good to know in advance. I was then told to be seated and waited 5 minutes until after a couple came back from the bathroom and a patron came out of the massage room before I was given the consent form. It interestingly asked about massaging the breast area in women or opting out of draping. I was invited back to the massage room at 4:02. Another odd thing was that there was only a towel on the table to cover myself instead of a full sheet. My masseuse introduced herself and asked me to let her know if I didn't like anything. I love firm pressure but this deep tissue was not for the faint of heart. The pressure around my scapula was painful but I didn't say anything because I was curios of it would be therapeutic after. Instead of turning over to my front I was asked to turn on my side which wasn't the most comfy or stable for the massage. The pressure on my thigh was too much so I did ask her to go lighter there and she did. The hot stones were only used for a total of 2 minutes. The hot towels were used often and was nice. My massage ended at 4:56 so it was 6 minutes shy of the guaranteed 1 hour. However I felt great when I walked out. One last con is their music. They have a weird Disney princess instrumental mix playing from Amazon music and don't pay for premium so there's random and very loud ads that interrupt the music. They do have a special where you can but 3, 60 minute massages for $45. All in all, I'm not sure I would return as the music, towel, and side turning technique weren't comfortable for me but it was an effective massage. read more

This is a great place to check out if you need a massage. I've been here a couple of times now and have been pleased with both experiences. Appointments are required, but they're much more flexible than a lot of other places. They're open till 10pm, and they have full hours on Saturday and Sunday. The location is in an office building off Southwest Freeway that isn't easy to get to. If you take the exit off the freeway while northbound, you have almost no time to get across for the entrance and you have to go around and enter the garage from the back way. The therapists are very good at what they do and can provide either a deep tissue or regular massage. On our first visit we went with the basic thai massage. On the second we tried out the shiatsu, which involved a bit of the therapist walking on my back. I've always wanted to try that. The only issue is that they tend to use a heavy amount of massage oil compared to other places. They were also selling 3-massage packages for $120 (basically buy 2 get 1 free), so my wife and I each bought a package. We'll definitely be coming back here. read more

From the outside to the inside, this place is SKETCHY and honestly does not have a relaxing vibe. It has more of an old-office-turned-massage-parlor vibe. I work for about 80 hours per week on average, mostly standing, walking, and on the computer. I haven't had a massage in so long and decided to treat myself on my only day off of the week, so I decided to go to this place as it was available the same day. This massage literally made me want to get another massage after. I felt like my massage therapist had no idea what the hell she was doing with her hands like she wasn't properly trained or something. I honestly felt on edge most of the time because she often put the wrong pressure on the wrong spots. The experience was either really painful or not enough pressure in the spots I needed work on. She did find a knot in my shoulder and kept rubbing at it, which was extremely painful but I appreciated her effort to try to get rid of it. Honestly she spent too much time on it. Again, really not sure if she was trained properly. . . or even licensed. Today makes one day after the massage and my body feels worse than it was before. I'm not being dramatic! Overall, if you're looking for a place that cares about your needs, don't go here because they won't address them. Please save your money and spend a little more somewhere else for a more formal, professional experience.
