I've been able to call them every time and they have patiently provided me with the information I needed to solve my issues. Once, Alex, the service manager, even sent a video of how to reinstall something. A stick got lodged in the mower last year causing the self-propel to not work and they helped fix it on the spot with no charge. They insisted on starting it at the store to prove that all problems were fixed. Excellent, excellent service.

I called and was told that E&H corporate has severly cut their staff, no one is every available to even answer the phones, one of the two maintenance guys seems to driving all day doing on site work while one guy is left to try and fix everything people have dropped off. It's turned into a total SH$t show. I like the people that work at the store and I've been going here for 20 years but the cut to their workers will make me probably go elsewhere. My mower still sits there as I write this. It's been two weeks since they picked up my barely running mower (which was just returned to me two days prior) and my mower has yet to be looked at. Getting pretty pathetic. This is the Springboro, Ohio Location although when I called the Columbus location they said they have had the same cut backs and it's hurting their customers as well.

The installed the wrong mantel, which was damaged from the manufacturer (told me who cares), they damaged our $4500 bookcases/cabinets, installed a piece of arched molding that was damaged by the manufacturer, failed to finish to crown molding and kept the key to our house and refused to return it. There is a whole lot more that I could go in to. In total, I had to pay $2,000 for repairs for the damages they caused and they would not work out a settlement with us so they put a lien on our house. We paid the amount owed because we could not take another loan out on our home unless we paid the lien off. They have yet to remove the lien and we paid them in full over 2 months ago. This company is unethical, does subpar work and charges top dollar for subpar work. The job took them 3 months to complete. I highly encourage you to not hire this company that does not care about their work or their customers. I paid $13,000 for a fireplace redo and my bookcases have issues because to make them look halfway decent, they had to be repainted. So in total, this job cost me almost $18,000. Shame on you Country Stove and Patio. I hope the word gets out as to how you do business. You are unethical in your business practices. DO NOT HIRE THEMD

We were treated with respect by the staff and they instructed us on how to properly operate the grill. We went back to get another grill last week and we were met by Matt and Nick, both men helped us get another grill and two days later the grill was delivered, set-up and ready for use. We had great difficulty in having our 8 month old Whirlpool washing machine serviced. First…read moretechnician stated many main parts needed replacement. He came back two weeks later, after canceling us at least once, and he decided only one part needed to be replaced. Washing machine worked for one load and was again broken. After another week or two, Whirlpool sent out a different service repair company technician who fixed the washing machine within 15 minutes. We also purchased Epic Protect 5 year extended insurance when we bought the washing machine. According to the insurance, we are entitled to $50 for laundromat services. We have called and emailed epic protect multiple times and have not received any response. We also sent an email twice to our sales rep at home appliance regarding the insurance and asking for assistance, and have received no response from him. We have been happy with home appliance in the past, but obviously things are different now.

First cabinet was fine but the second cabinet was damaged and couldn't be put together. I called and reported this and said I would like a third cabinet if I did not have to pay the delivery charge and it can arrive with the one they were replacing. The cabinets arrived and I put them together only to find one shelf was missing, I called and reported the problem and Menards said they would loo into it.
