I used Helpful Handyman for a few projects and was initially pleased. They removed some shelves and had a fan installed. At the time I was pretty happy. Unfortunately when having my electrical upgraded I discovered that I was charged for an upgrade to a fan box ... that was never installed. This was pretty discouraging for me, and not safe nor structurally sound (considering the fan hangs over my bed this was especially upsetting).
