After my previous experience with the ario battery unfortunately this battery had problems as well with the threads, but when I called and spoke with the manager named John and told him how everything had went down with my previous visit with concerns for this problem with the battery. He agreed to let me exchange it for a new one. I understand that is not the policy but everything I went through. I appreciate Jim( I did come back and I will be back again. ) and this manager John. Unfortunately, another Manager hover and just kept asking me when I said I would wait because I had already explained the situation to John and he knew everything. He then just stood there asking again and again finally asked what it was about. I told him and then John came down. John offered to let him finish and he said no go ahead after hounding me for all the information it just didn't make sense. It was another Manager. I don't know his name bigger guy somewhat longer hair reddish brown not very tall when someone says no thank you you don't just keep going and then when John asked if he'd like to just finish it he said no, which blew me away even more. I absolutely love this location though I am able to go to other shops I choose this one because of the staff one in particular I think his name is Willie but I know his last name is green I always tease him about that LOL he's always at the door yet he is so full of information that it still blows my mind that he's not behind the counter there's days where I need to come and find out something and I know that no matter what if he's there he will take the time to answer all the questions that I have my mom has congestive heart failure and I have a muscle disorder and sometimes I don't know what I need he absolutely has the best customer service he exceeds all of my expectations every single time I go I'm hoping that somebody that knows what they're doing at the herbery puts him behind the counter as a customer I'm always looking for a friendly people that love sharing great information especially when needed like I need it thank you Willie Green for being at the door I pray one day I see you behind the counter read more

It's so hard to find amazing budtenders that actually care about the the products I'm looking for and don't try and push me towards other products the bud tender I spoke with I believe his name was Taylor we instantly hit it off and struck up some good conversation he was friendly and very informative he knew his stuff about the higher quality terps which as a consumer I find rare, I normally talk to budtenders who don't consume hash rosin and and THC-A on a regular basis but with Taylor it was different. He showed me some quality concentrates from a couple different companies I was extremely impressed with the phat panda rosin and due to the friendly nature of Taylor and the rest of the crew I'll sure to be back !! I am new to using cannabis and was referred by my primary care provider to the herbery due to the patients positive experiences, so my mother and went to the st. John's location where the staff were not only knowledgeable and friendly but did not make feel out of place (i'm in my mid-40's and I was there with my 72 year old mother) and made us feel comfortable about asking questions and more importantly they made us feel like we were being heard and they recommended products appropriate to my needs but also what kind of experience i was looking for. Gotta say that I started shopping here because of the convenient location, but its staff like John at the door, always being awesome. And Andrew, who was reorganizing the shelves, but gave me the time of day to chat about what I am looking for, my likes and dislikes and just about my day in general, that keep me shopping here. All in all, i feel quite fortunate to have a shop like this that is near by and has a good selection of products, from the value conscious items, to the more celebratory ones. I'm here to say that out of the 5 times I've visited since I moved up here, I have not gone home disappointed once, given that I ride my bicycle about 4 miles I hope that speaks for the fact that I haven't been let down. Customer service is superb, and the trip to the shop can be as informal or as quick as you want it to be. If what you want isn't in stock, just try another strand, it isn't rocket science. He will never point you in the wrong direction or try to rush your visit. I have been coming here since the beginning. What i have enjoyed about this place is their friendly service. Some employees are friendlier then others, some are not, and that is ok with me. I don't ask many questions as I typically get the same stuff, but when I do, my questions are answered. The prices are reasonable, and not so crazy like other shops. I will continue being a customer. I love this place. The staff is always very helpful have gone out of their way more than once for me. The prices are more than reasonable and the text blasts help you know when something good is coming in or if there is a great deal! They have gluten free, marijana infused desserts (drool).
