I've not actually been in the shop, but I recently attended a housewarming party and open house for a friend in Idyllwild. There was a raffle and I won first prize. Imagine my utter DELIGHT to discover a stash that warmed my little witchy heart! Of everything in my winning bag, the cauldron, charcoal disks and incense is by far my favorite items! Everything smells AMAZING and I now have samples of all elementals and some resin. I'm literally over the moon right now! (Cuz I just picked up my winnings today). I had the opportunity to visit the beautiful store and owner. I told her I needed a cleansing and if she could please do it The cleanse worked for me!! Since she did it my sciatica nerve pain disappeared and I feel lighter. She uses different natural products I just relaxed and meditated while watching the trees and birds on her porch area. From the moment you walk in, you can see the care taken in the craft, Erin is wonderfully knowledgeable. The sign at Fern Valley Corners piqued my interest. Anything that sells "herbs, oils, incense, candles and spiritual supplies" calls to me and I had to check it out. The smell when you walk in is amazing and I felt instantly at ease. Erin, the owner, is simply delightful and knows her oils and herbs like the back of her hand. We told her a few scents that we knew we were fond of and she brought those out (she has everything!), as well as a few different oils that she thought we might enjoy (she is an expert herbalist!) I ended up going with a dram of African Violet and one called Hummingbird, and my mother bought some Gardenia oil for her home diffuser. It's clear the products are also for healing and spiritual purposes as the bottles and jars give you an idea about what the contents are known for. Really a lovely shop and perfectly in vibe with Idyllwild. It's a little off the beaten path as it's up the hill from downtown, but it's well worth the walk. I've been coming to Idyllwild since I was a little girl and have always loved stores like the Hidden Grotto. I'm a fan and so happy to have this store on my favorite list! read more
