Very prompt! Diagnosed right away. Required a motor to be shipped out, it was rusted out. Should have done the expedited shipping, I didn't because I was assured it would arrive before Thanksgiving. Alas, it did not, and now my dishwasher stinks from stale water sitting, but that's easily fixed with dishwasher cleaner (but now I have to buy that from Amazon). The speed to diagnose, the good constant communication (save for one honest mixed up phone call of another customer with the same name on the same day) and fix were excellent. They are very on top of it. They are going to do my freezer as well probably. No waiting on parts this time, always expedite, I learned the hard way. read more

High End Appliance Service -- Terry and Michael -- delivered on what they promised and stood behind their work. We had two Thermador appliances crash on us. The freezer wasn't freezing. They fixed it perfectly despite the 'fix' not being easy. The oven control array panel had failed so we could turn the unit off, couldn't change temperatures, couldn't change from bake to broil, etc. This fix was even more difficult than the fridge, requiring two return attempts because the parts were, well, tricky. The return trips were at their expense -- without a single complaint about it. If you have a high end appliance, call these guys. They are worth it! read more

Had the inner glass of my oven door replaced after it cracked. The high end appliance was able to locate the part on short notice and replace the glass 2 days before Thanksgiving. Had Michael to check out and clean icemakers. While at our house he also cleaned the compressors for all the other sub zero appliances and showed me some gaskets that needed replacing.
