The head of this agency, Mark, is NOT the right face of this company, if there is something to redeem. When he came to sign papers to initiate service, he talked about how Covid had at least sorted out the "cowards" in his work force because they quit. I mentioned that perhaps they couldn't risk bringing home illness to their families, or that their kids went remote for school and had to stay home, that it was hard to hear someone speak so negatively about their own workers. What a cruel and dispassionate person. But it gets even better - we determined after one night that the service was not what we needed, so we cancelled. He said he would send the check within a week. Two weeks... no check. Three weeks... we called, he said he would send that week. Yesterday I called and said I was going to come to the office and wait until he gave me the check in person. I waited a 1/2 hour and then he entered and produced the check, obviously he had just prepared it and had not been "working" on it for awhile. Sorry to his workers for this terrible review. Grow a conscience, Mark, grow some better business acumen. Most of all, respect the HELL out of your workers and NEVER talk down the amazing people who care for others. You should be ashamed of yourself.
