I think I texted her on a Friday for a Sunday afternoon appointment as I wanted to treat my mom to get her makeup done for a wedding we were attending as guests. Nathaly primarily (only?) works out of her studio in West Covina, so she won't be able to travel to you, but that worked out fine for us as we lived close by. Her studio has just enough natural light, was kept well-air conditioned, and very clean. I appreciate that she didn't rush and stopped periodically while doing your makeup to make sure she was meeting what you were looking for. I've had makeup artists look at my reference photos and give me something completely different, so I felt very heard and respected in my wishes. My mom does not wear makeup (like ever) and English isn't her first language, but Nathaly was really friendly and still made her feel very comfortable as she was doing her makeup. She made sure my mom was able to get the coverage/look she wanted while not overdoing it and she hit it out of the park! Lastly, her prices were very reasonable and transparent! I like that she publicizes her pricing so you know ahead of time vs having to reach out and ask.
