My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Attempted to get some sort of refund only for her and the owner of her shop to verbally gang up on me being rude and telling me I got exactly what I asked for when I know I never asked for this color or my highlights to be covered up. Dalia is a true artist! I was looking to get my makeup done for my (postponed) college graduation ceremony and I'm so glad I found Dalia's listing on Yelp. I had never been to a salon for anything before except hairstyling and I was really nervous but Dalia helped me relax. She even took one look and had me get my eyebrows threaded (also first time). I got quite a few compliments that day, from a lady waiting her turn in the salon to some fellow college grads, and it was all worth it. I had gotten a balayage done at a different salon that went horribly wrong, my hair was bright bleached blonde and like rough straw, I thought I would have to cut it all off it was so bad. I started looking around to find someone who could fix it and I found Dalia Assaf. She is miracle worker!!!
