Due to traffic I missed a haircut appointment and was in desperate need of a quick style (blowout) as I had plans to be somewhere after my initial hair appointment. This is the best hair cut place I have ever been to. Lisa has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and always gives me the cut I ask for and I have never been disappointed. They always play amazing movies while your waiting if you have to wait and the staff are always so friendly. Brenda Castillo is the stylist I've had...but based on what I saw...I would not hesitate to use another stylist if, for some reason, I could not see Brenda. $20 for a haircut! That's unheard of! The haircut itself was good. The problem was the pricing, the price list posted at the front desk said haircut $20. So I had my short hair trimmed, then Lisa blew it dry and asked did I want a little gel , sure why not. When I went to pay it was $35, when I asked why it's because of the dry and gel it was now a cut and style hence the higher price. I was not told or asked that during the haircut. I felt just a little ripped off. Be very specific in what you ask for. read more
