Went back to address bubbling, major haze on the front glass and multiple scratches which I assumed were on the actual tint that were taking weeks to settle. They are not on the tint but on my actual glass. Multiple thin scratches and I was told there was no way it was their fault. I park in a garage and have the same short drive everyday. I am absolutely livid. They offered to fix the crap tint job but I declined immediately, two cars with the worst tint I have seen in all the 7 cars I've tinted other places over the years said RUN from this place. I got a refund and now have to pay money to professionally remove the tint and look into spending major money to replace my glass. This is a 2024 brand new car. A blind person can see the scratches. I am furious and regret ever stepping foot into this place. I have a deep razor cut into the trim of my door as well. I will be posting pictures. They can install everything from car audio, to alarm systems and power locks. They also can change your paint or do a restoration on your older ride. While I was waiting for them to finish the install of my stereo, I was watching them build some crazy intricate, custom center console in another customer's truck. Pop up TV's and the whole nine. Females beware! This place will rip you off and take advantage…read more I've taken my car here twice, the first time was for a minor scratche which needed a paint job. At glance, it looked great, but once the sunlight hit the affected area. I spotted dry wavy streaks of paint drip, but I didn't bother taking it back because it wasn't a big area. The second time I took my car here was for a major accident. I needed new door panels, front bumper replacement, and paint job on all damaged areas. One, the car was done in less than a week (I was told it would take 2 weeks or more to repair). Two, I noticed the interior door trim on one of the doors did not match my car. Third, the paint job in the interior doors were spotty (took it back). Forth, the front bumper was never replaced, they simply repaired and roughly painted it, yet, they charged me for a new one. I found visible scratches from the accident and the marks from the first time I took the car to them, that's how I was able to verify it wasn't replaced. When I confronted the owner about it, his tone was short and bothered by the fact I called him out on the matter. He claimed he wasn't aware, come on! What kind of business are you running if you're not aware of what's being done in your own shop. Since then, he has avoided all communications when reaching out, I couldn't even locate him at the shop. They're a bunch of dishonest scammers who will rob you blind. My list of reasons can go on, my hidden cameras caught many other concerns. DON'T GO HERE!!!
