I thought ok they finally fixed it, we can move on & all is well. Then, this week I get a notice of an unpaid ticket in the mail and the street markings/date are while this car was at this shop. They parked it during street sweeping and didn't bother paying the ticket or telling me about it. So now I'm stuck with a ticket, a mirror that still doesn't quite match the other one, and a month of a hassle over getting..an oil change.

It would be advisable to stop using the phone and offer clear instructions or send someone else to assist; since all of you had the energy to try to gang up on him. This establishment demonstrated poor business conduct, lacking in character, and provided subpar service to elderly customers. A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not.
