Miguel ' s Auto Glass has consistently been phenomenal. They always quote accurately and have never overcharged me. Work is quick and reliable. A list of things they've helped us out with: 1. Cousin had window broken while in town. They fixed the glass within 2 hours on a holiday. They were the only place open and handled the insurance without a problem. 2. I had a cracked windshield... they also fixed it no problem and handled the insurance no problem. 3. Oil change. Did great work, good price and done quickly. 4. Key lock. My key lock was broken. They offered to fix it for $60. Everywhere else was quoting us $200+. We were able to keep our original keys and it's been working for over a year. 5. A/C repair. They quoted me $85 to $125 and came in at $95. They replaced the coolant and cleaned all of the grills and vents and condenser. Everything is working amazing and the car was done under 2 hours. I cannot say enough good things about Miguel. I am a female and an engineer so I have a good understanding of cars. I know immediately when someone is trying to BS me on what needs to be done with my car. I have never felt as if they were trying to pull one over on me bc I am a female. Miguel's is the BEST! Came into his shop with a broken windshield, messed up hood, headlight, and a few other things. I went in for the windshield to be fixed in the late afternoon, desperate to continue my roadtrip to visit my family for Easter. Every other shop asked me to come back tomorrow or flat out declined. Miguel didn't!!! He called the warehouse, even though they had closed, and got glass to fix my windshield. I left the shop and came back an hour later only to find a perfectly placed windshield and rope securing my hood. The price was very reasonable and definitely worth every penny. Early this morning we saw that our window had been smashed. We called Miguel's for a quote, which was very reasonable, so we drove over. In the time it took to get some breakfast at a nearby restaurant our car was vacuumed, window repaired, and the panel that had been ripped out when the radio was stolen was put back in place for us. Super friendly service, and in the end it cost less than they had originally quoted. As we drove home it started to rain, but we didn't care, because we had a window to roll up! read more

Miguel's was Awesome!! Had my window fixed during Memorial Day wknd when every place else was closed. I was not going to go thru insurance as I thought I would have to pay a deductible but Miguel gave me the # for my insurance company glass dept and they faxed over the paper work and my window was fixed in 1hr with no out of pocket cost to me. Just an fyi that there is no customer waiting area. Lucky for me the weather was nice and Miguel pulled out a lawn chair for me to sit on the street. :)) read more

I took my car in during my lunch break and they were quick and installed my glass fast enough for me to get back to work on time. They also made me aware of the fact that my insurance would cover the glass and insisted I call my insurance company so I would not have to pay for it out of pocket. Miguels auto glass is the BEST! they have been there for 27 years and they know what they are doing. Some idiot threw a rock at my back wind shield of my 2014 honda accord and i had a humongous whole and the glass was completely cracked. The glass is considered to be a special glass because it has an atenna. I shopped around and called several different places. Alot of places were unable to get the glass or they told me that i would have to wait days or a week. Also, those places were over priced. Miguesl got the glass in ONE day and the pricing was reasonable and negotiable. MIGUELS IS THE BEST!! The staff is polite and friendly, and the owner is efficient and reliable. He returns phone calls immediately and will assist you in any way possible that he can. i highly recommend them, and if i ever have a problem in the future with any more glasses, I know for a fact that I can depend on Miguels Auto glass. Read the great reviews and had high hopes when my windshield needed to be replaced. It was great that I could drive right there and get it done, but the installer (one of Miguel's assistants) was not great. Noticed the VIN number was not aligned with the little window on the windshield, and asked the installer if the glass was sitting too low. The top edge looked like there was a gap. No, it's fine, don't worry about it, he said. Sure enough, the first rain had water pouring into the car during a highway drive. This is where it gets worse. Came back asking them to fix it, they put a beat of silicone HALFWAY across the gap. I asked why don't you do the whole thing? Don't need it, I was assured. What happened next? You guessed it, rain coming in again. Getting moisture in your car leads to a musty/moldy smell, never is the same. Took a third visit before they finally fixed the problem with the shoddy rushed initial installation. My advice: go elsewhere, this might be fast but not quality installation of windshields. read more

If there ZERO stars, that exactly what I would give this ridiculous place. I originally went to Broadway Automotive to have my front windshield replaced. It was sent to Miguel's Auto Glass without any notification that my car would be DRIVEN elsewhere. It was brought back after Miguel replaced the windshield. I was disgusted when I pointed out that there were huge gaps between the molding and the windshield, which causes wind noise. All Broadway Automotive could say was take it back to Miguel. They claimed no responsibility. I didn't want Miguel to touch my car again, but I did anyway. All of the molding clips were broken, hence, why the windshield had gaps between the moldings. It was filled with glue, which left a mess on my windshield. Miguel does NOT have the proper equipment to install windshields. He used old school techniques as if he was fixing a 1957 Chevy. My advice...DO NOT take your car to Miguel's Auto Glass read more
