Unfortunately I was informed that no manager is available to assist me. I called yesterday and your workers hung up the phone on me which was rude then every time I called they decided to block my calls. Then you call today and when I try to call back twice you don't answer the calls Massajoyest M. I called and asked twice if that was the price because that's what the gift card mentioned it doesn't say $10 off it says $10 and then when I got there I confirmed again and the worker said yes and before your worker even started the massage she inquired 60 min or 90 min and I specifically said I have the coupon for $10 for 60 min. So instead of your workers rushing customers into a room and trying to get over they should take more time to give a accurate answer instead of lying just to get business. I'm completely dissatisfied with the service and workers and the cons for business. I also told her to focus on my neck and instead she does what she wants and violates my butt.
