Despite its name, it has no actual ties to Texas's famous King Ranch; instead, it is a creative, canned-soup-based casserole inspired by the Mexican dish chilaquiles. The macaroni shape was unusual and the closest I could find online was called "Radiator" because the similarity in shape to a radiator. It held the sauce perfectly though. I was a bit disappointed with the sides. My favorite was probably the corn pudding but I still prefer a nice roasted corn OR a corn bread but this was a very unique combo of the two. The mac was okay and same with the tater tot side (honestly the potatoes were quite salty). The sauce isn't my favorite since I personally prefer a spicier sauce. The bread they have is very nice and the people are friendly. It's also quite smoky inside.
