    Improper and unprofessional nstallation left me with a brand new oven with a crooked door, a…read morecabinet drawer that scrapes when opening and closing, and a broken oven 13 months after installation. I purchased a $5000+ Bosch double wall oven from Stanton's approximately a year and a half ago. The installer they sent did not have the manufacturer recommended equipment to transport and install the huge, extremely heavy oven. They used a bike jack to prop the oven up to install. It did not appropriately support the oven. The door on the top oven was visibly crooked after install. They sent a repair person who altered the door but it was still crooked. He was supposed to contact Bosch but we haven't heard back a year and a half later. Exactly one month after the one year warranty on the oven expired, it quit working. The control panel freezes up and the oven no longer works. I can't help but think the unprofessional and dangerous installation of the oven helped contribute to its short life. I've spent over $1200 additional dollars to fix the oven with a licensed repair company but it's still broken and the repair man is still uncertain what the problem is. I will never do business with Stanton's again, and I will certainly review the manufacturers installation instructions before letting anyone install an appliance in my home.

And they sent him twice. He came in disrespecting my home and me. TWICE. Yes I was livid and upset and asked him to leave. I called Service. They called me back and said they were not going to send anyone because of the way I talked to him and to the person on the phone. I apologized to the woman answering the phone , "it's not you". Mind you the manager called back and said that wasn't sending another Repairman because of how I TALKED TO HIM and to the person who answered the phone and to call Whirlpool. Now of course he ended up the "victim" and Mr. Stanley didn't tell the whole story. That's fine if this is how Stanton operates. I told her I'll call Whirlpool but let me leave you with this since you can conclude what happened based on one side of the story. I will call whirlpool or someone else to repair my less than two month "new" dryer. a lemon?? I will not go back to Stanton again to make another purchase. I'm telling you I miss Terry (retired salesman) so much. He took care of my purchases for over 20 years at Stanton. I purchased all Jenn-Aire products, cartridges for my stove, appliances, microwave, dishwasher, oven. Customer Service is non-existence at Stanton. Save yourself the hassle and rudeness of dealing with Stanton. And I ranked them highest of Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. Boy was that rating wrong!!

    They had the part I needed which is good. However, Stanton's prices for parts are marked up too…read moremuch. The washing machine lid switch I needed is as low as $3.97 on some websites (without buying in bulk). Need to part today and want to get it from Stanton? That'll be $46. They had the washing machine lid switch in stock and I was able to get it the same day which is good. Charging $46 for a $4 part is not good. I will definitely consider their 1000% markup next time I need a part.

Not sure where the negative experiences are coming from, but I definitely give these two SUPER BEINGS 100/100. That's right 100 out of 100 stars. Wish I could do that in the actual rating.
