The stores are well maintained and run as smoothly as a well oiled machine. The selection at this store was good and I was able to purchase the exact tool I wanted. My wife and I recently purchased a new LG Dishwasher with haul away of our old one plus installation of our new one. First visit they dropped off the new dish washer, but did not know how to remove the old one. I was at work, but my wife was home. No offense, but the guys barely spoke English. She didn't understand as they were trying to explain they needed to saw the old one out to remove it from under the counter. Huh? I got home and later removed it with just a flat head screwdriver. Today, 2 days later, they come back to haul it away and install the new one. Same problem. Couldn't understand why they wouldn't disconnect it and haul it away. No installation was even attempted. My brothers helped instead. It wasn't even that difficult. I don't know what these guys were scared of. Home Depot, why do you hire people that can't do the job we paid them to do? read more

Worst Home Depot ever! I ordered a Halloween item on clearance online to pick up at this store. The day after ordering, my husband and I went driving to another Home Depot by Trenton NJ to pick up something else I ordered, and we figured we would stop by here to try to pick up the other item since It was on the way. We didn't get the confirmation email yet that it was ready, but most places are usually ready with the item in a couple hours, or a day at tops right? Wrong. We get there and asked if our item was ready. They said they need 48 hours to find the item and didn't have it yet. So we left. This is now 4 days later and we still didn't get an email notification that the order is ready, they probably don't have the item but didn't bother to call us. Also I was looking for a Christmas nutcracker there , it said online they had a bunch in stock. I get there and there was only one and the paint was chipped off. We ended up having to go to 2 other Home Depot's near our house to get them. Will never go here again since no one in the store cares about customer service or accurately updating their inventory. read more

While down in this neck of the woods we decided to check out this Home Depot's garden department to pick up a few more bags of mulch. It is basically the same layout as every other HAD, with their planting inventory primarily outside, and the soil, fertilizer and mulch stacked high in the adjacent parking lot. I went over to the cashier to pay for what we wanted, and picked up a tray of petunas on sale nearby. Receipt in hand I went back to the wagon and drove it over to the mulch. The dude with the weight lifting vest met me there and helped load the bags in back. At $3 per bag, it was the regular price. (Note: It is on sale now for $2.) The home garden is looking good with this dress up. Will go back this afternoon for another load at the discount price. Maybe look at more annual color on the borders. I'm still not a HD lover, but do admit that they are hard to beat on many things. read more

Only giving 1 star because I have to. If your looking for a kitchen renovation DO NOT use Home Depot. We chose to go through them figuring it was a reputable establishment, we definitely made the wrong choice. We were told our kitchen reno would take 4-6 weeks for our 12x10 basic L shaped kitchen.. it took 5 1/2 months. Our appliances, cabinets and materials were in 2 months before they started installation so they can't blame it on the pandemic and not being able to get materials We had no kitchen and had to eat every meal out for 5 1/2 months It started with the floor installer which is on another negative review that I've done then that affected the electrician and plumber. Then they literally ordered the wrong cabinet panels 3 times. I don't understand how they could do this repeatedly on a rendering their designer did and their contractor measured for. The backsplash had to be installed and taken down then reinstalled and it still isn't right. They are a mess at this place. You can't get a store manager to help because they hide in their offices and never reply to email. Home Depot is only about selling the job then basically your on your own. In my opinion, they shouldn't be selling flooring or kitchen installation jobs Nobody has any idea what their doing and the contractors they use are horrible ,they exclusively use RFI Contractors and they do at the minimum very shoddy and unacceptable quality of work They dumped left over grout on my front lawn and used my brand new sink to clean their tools used to grout leaving it dirty and stained. Also left the cleaning of the grout to us the first time they did it. The installer text me after he left from doing the grout and said "wait till tomorrow before you clean it all off". We thought he was joking. He said he wasn't coming back for 2 days We spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning what he should've come back the next day to do. All the door handles on the cabinets were installed un even and cabinet doors were unlevel and not set properly. This reno was a nightmare. read more

This location has great customer service! When schools closed due to Covid, my high school senior and her friend started making corn hole boards and decorating themselves then friends. Someone always helped them with their supply needs. About two weeks ago, I dealt with Carry in the paint department, he was so helpful and took time to answer all my questions! This location is great. Ample parking, and the aisles are laid out easily. One employee was sitting at a table on his cell phone, and listening to a radio, and the store was about to close in 30 minutes, but other than that, everything was great. The self check is great, they have a touch screen and a hand gun to scan all your items. They don't have an employee watching the self check (unless there's another area for that and I just missed it?) but this location is great, and I would definitely come here again for all my home improvement needs. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would give them a -1000. I ordered a $2000 washer and dryer set from this dump on 6/28/19. They said they could deliver it on 7/5/19. I took off of work and they just no called no showed. So I call them the next day and they tell me that it's not them and it's the delivery service that they contract it out to. So they give me the number to the delivery company and they're not open on Saturday. So I call on Monday and they tell me that something happened and that the delivery will be on Friday the 12th. Now I have to take another day off of work and use a laundry mat for clean clothes when I've already spent $2000 on a washer and dryer that hasn't been delivered you'd think that they'd maybe waive a fee for installation or throw a credit our way, not a chance. The workers at this store are completely useless and unprofessional. I've been given an attitude by Anthony that works in the flooring department and a few others that work here. I'd really like to knock Anthony out in the parking lot on his way into work so he doesn't have to be such a miserable little puss. read more

May I just say, I wish I could give this place 10 stars... There was an electric fireplace that I loved, and really wanted, however I wouldn't even know where to begin on putting it together. I asked the manager ( Kevin) if they were able to assemble it for me at their convenience. Without hesitation, he GLADLY told me they would be able to, and all I had to do was pick it up. Very bad customer service than any other homedepot I visited. 2 bad instances. Tried to return an item purchased with receipt and they needed the drivers license number to be stored in the hack prone computers. I resisted and a manger came and told that they will not accept the return without driver licence information stored in their computer. Is that even legal to store your govt provided information on a unsecured computer network. 2nd instance happened when I returned few different items purchased from a different homedepot with a receipt.The dumb lady scanned the receipt and said the 3 items are not purchased from the homedepot. I showed the item on the receipt and then she was able to accept 2 of three. She started saying that one item does not belong to homedepot and she tried again and said she can give me storecredit. I asked for a manager and the stupid manager said that I have to take the 3rd item back to the Homedepot store I bought it for returning. She was rude and saying that returning that item will mess up that stores inventory. I have been working on large supply chain computer systems in my whole life and never heard such dumb comments from a store manager. 06-03-19 I bought a patio door this morning. I paid extra to have it delivered today. It was getting late so I called to see where my delivery was. The delivery service called about an hour prior and told us that they would be here in 20 minutes they never showed up. We called them and they said that their truck broke down and that they couldn't make it tonight. Our construction crew is going to be here at 8:30 tomorrow morning so that door had to be delivered today. I called the Bensalem Home Depot where I purchased it and the manager Kevin at 9:30 tonight said that he would handle it as long as there's a truck, they'll get it to us now it's 10:03 and they were here, they delivered it and they're gone. Thank you thank you thank you Kevin for making that happen. That is certainly going the extra mile. We really appreciate that. You turned something negative into something super positive. The delivery company for their appliances is terrible. Bought a stove and then a dryer recently. The people delivering the stove were very unprofessional. The dryer delivery was a mess. Home Depot did not include the old appliance removal on the order and the dryer was dented. Dryer was sent back. Called Home Depot to add the appliance removal, so when it's re-delivered they will take the old dryer. I was told the entire order had to be cancelled. Then I asked could they tell me a new delivery date if we chose to cancel and they said no, we'd have to cancel and re order first. When I suggested it was their fault that the removal was not on the order, they blamed me. Saying I did not request it when I know I did. Then they suggested we give the delivery people a large tip and ask if they'd take the old dryer. Really? That's your solution? They can't call the delivery company to add this? Ridiculous and extremely poor customer service. I just spent almost $1000 there, they just lost a customer. read more

Great customer service ! I walked in with my hunnie to do list and I had zero clue where to go, walked right in to the customer service desk and asked for help to find my product . Laura helped walk me through the isles we couldn't find anyone in the specific department I needed but instead of just saying she couldn't help she said " ok I don't see anyone in the department but no worries i will try and find the product with you as well " she then informed me about the app I was unaware Jon's depot had ! GAMe CHANGER tells you the isle the items are located in ! Awesome ! She then went through the app with me and we found the specific product we needed and I left with my product I came in for and she made sure I was all taking care off by concluding with "was there anything else you came in for today " . This Home Depot is generally clean with a ton of parking and is less crowded than the Fairless Hills store which I find convenient. They usually have the products I need, although the online shopping doesn't always match the products on the shelf at this store. Their paint counter has been helpful and isn't usually overly crowded. The plant section usually gets a nice selection in in spring and has some bargains off season. read more
