As a buyer who relies on this store for urgent project needs, the lack of support and basic management is completely unacceptable. If you need paint mixed or assistance after 6:00 PM, your chances of getting help are near zero. There are plenty of employees walking around the floor, but no one is willing or able to assist. Just yesterday (June 27th), after waiting for over 40 minutes and repeatedly trying to page a manager, an employee named Dan finally stepped up to help us with some stain. He was the only bright spot, but it shouldn't require a 40-minute wait and a desperate search for management just to buy a standard item. The service issues do not stop at the paint department. If you need wood cut, there is absolutely no support. Furthermore, their policy on damaged goods is highly unreasonable for buyers. I recently needed some insulated material and lumber urgently that was clearly damaged by roughly 30%. While other competing stores automatically offer a 50% markdown on damaged inventory, this location refused to give more than a 10% discount. The staff here is generally unfriendly, unhelpful, and completely disengaged from customer service. To the store manager of the Willow Grove Lowe's: you are failing to manage this location effectively. A complete overhaul of how this store is run is desperately needed. Until management changes and customer support becomes a priority, I highly recommend buyers take their business elsewhere. The damaged products shown in the photos are the same damaged items that have been sitting on the shelves, not newly damaged inventory. Even the same open bottle of water has been left in the aisle for weeks. Because of the poor store conditions and lack of product availability, I have had to visit other locations to purchase the items I need. Unfortunately, each time I visit this store, I see the same problems with no improvement. In the evenings, there are often no managers available, and it is very difficult to get assistance. There is little to no support in the lumber department, and finding someone to help with stain mixing can be extremely frustrating. As a customer, I expect a clean, well-maintained store and reasonable customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the ongoing issues. Update on 7/23/2026 Nothing ever changes here. Damaged products remain on the shelves, empty water bottles are left lying around, and the produce section continues to be a mess in the evenings. A price check revealed that they were actually out of stock and there was another tool in its place. I had to buy something different than I wanted, but they gave me a discount at the register. Just loose, like some random item thrown together. When I questioned it, the employee tried to lie and say it was a demo. Then changed the story and said "that's just how it comes." They even had the nerve to mark my order as picked up after I rejected it. The ONLY positive was the man actually working at customer service -- he was kind and trying his best. They actually have someone greeting you at the door, which I don't typically see at the Cheltenham location. I really appreciated that. The young lady who greeted me was very helpful and directed me exactly where I needed to go. I don't have time to wander around Home Depot looking for items, so that level of guidance makes a big difference. The associate at the Customer Service counter checked me out quickly. I was in and out. Overall, this location is well-stocked, well-organized, and the staff here are usually pretty friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the extra drive for me. I would love to hear about your experience at this location.

It's the beyond part I like the most at this Bed, Bath and Beyond…read more This is one of those stores where you either go in for one thing and come out with 20, or you intend to window shop and instead re-equip your entire kitchen. Prices are fair, and the kitchen section is honestly where I spend my time. Cookware, organization tools, knives, those little strainers for your sink drain ... every imaginable kitchen tool or resource is here. I don't shop the other sections so I can't speak to those except to reiterate: there's always a little "beyond" that you didn't know you needed until you see it. This location is kept clean and well organized, although the clearance section up front always seems a bit ramshackle to me. I've never had anything but positive interactions with employees. They always seem to greet, thank and generally ask if they can help without pestering. Checkout lines on weekends can move slowly. If you're in a rush, this is not the store for you. All in all, a reasonable experience.

Stopping in recently I realized that even more so now as stock was low and their were pallets of products. I feel like there used to be a lot of people shopping here now it's almost empty and their hardly is any staff the whole store is quiet it's just odd. But what's funny is as dead as it was everyone who did enter the store all went to checkout out the same time and with only one staff member ringing the wait was a bit long. I used to love coming here and they're still good for certain things but honestly their modernized look just led to cheaper products and less of them. Be sure you bring your coupons to make shopping worthwhile so you can feel like you're scoring some kind of deal.
