    The national chain of Home Depot needs no introduction. This store has provided me with good service for repairs and DIY, from online order pick up to returns to in-store questions. My experience here includes the stocking of products and items I've needed to be in stock and in the place that the website provides. Parking for trucks and cars and carts to haul the landscaping materials are plentiful.

    I hate that the reserved pickup slots are either blocked by jerks who leave the carts in place or drivers who went inside and parked there.

    Going to a curbside pickup and one spot has a van in it and the other is blocked by some jerk leaving the cart there. Now I'm here waiting with half my car's rear is out while they take their time bringing out my items. This curbside service is atrocious. Walked inside after 20 mins, and the workers were right there just talking, not doing anything to get my order out to me.

    Top notch heartwarming service! I came looking for pots and soil for my venus fly trap and ended up getting more than that! The employee at the gardening section shared her knowledge and experience about planting orchids and that's something I won't get elsewhere. Not to mention I didn't had a cart and she helped me carry some of my pots to get me a cart while she helped me find the soil for the fly trap. During checkout I didn't wanna wait in the gardening line so I went indoors. There were two cashier area open but with 4 people waiting. I decided to go to self checkout instead. One of the staff greeted me and offered to help me scan some of the heavier items from my cart so I wouldn't have to go through the trouble. She made self checkout even more pleasant ! I'm so glad this Home Depot is near my house. I haven't had this kind of service at other locations. I'll always come back here if I need anything!

For me, Milcarsky's worked out well working with the builder, millworker, and the install more or less happened without me. I just wish appliances were more reliable. I can't fault Milcarsky's on that front, but they were of great help coordinating help when I needed it for one troublesome piece post installation.

He was not shown the terrible rusting and the poor cover up before purchasing. We have had the washer for less than two weeks and I noticed a chip at the bottom of the washer after doing a load. After inspection I noticed some chipping around the bleach reservoir and removed it to find severe rusting. The rusting wasn't just in the one area but extends around the majority of the top. I am not happy with this purchase at all. Update: My husband called and they took the washer back without question. They also refunded the delivery fee. I was able to get a brand new washer for an extra 50.00 (because of the return + refunded delivery fee). The man my husband spoke to over the phone wasn't there but he made sure to tell the man who was there our situation and told him to take care of us. And, of course, it occurred on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing that the company handling my warranty would not be available for at least a few days, I searched out to companies that were available 24/7. Orlando Appliance Repair was one of those companies. Upon calling, the customer service rep put me in touch with their field-rep, Igor. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost. If a company can be this prompt and respective to new clients calling on a Sunday afternoon that they would end up not be getting business from that day, I can only believe that their actual work would be first-rate and I would not hesitate to connect with Orlando Appliance Repair for any related needs in the future.

He explained the problem and ordered a part. He scheduled an appointment to return the next day to complete the service call. The next day, he showed up on time and completed the repair. It's been a few days and the problem is fixed. I am not sure if the fee was reasonable. It's the first time I've had to repair an appliance in over 10 yrs. I am very satisfied with the results and the ease of the process.
