    Worst customer service. Home Depot online is a JOKE. I ordered a mini fridge from Home Depot online. 1. The order came damaged in 4 different spots 2. The outside box was not damaged by any means 3. Which tells me that Home Depot repackaged a damaged fridge and sent it to my house. I talked to Home Depot support and said that they could have USPS pick up the unit at my house with timeframes ranging from 6am to 8pm. They said I could set the fridge on my porch and USPS can pick it up that way (so someone can steal it and I'm out my refund, no thanks) and then they said I could order another fridge but I would have to pay for it and I can't just SWITCH the fridge out. I said no thanks because I'm apprehensive that the same thing will happen. So I had to take my time, energy and money to drop off this damaged item I paid full price for. I go to the store take it back and process the refund. The next day I check my Home Depot account and realized I was DOUBLE charged for the fridge. $259.67 for fridge + extended warranty and 2 other separate charges - 1. For the fridge $222.59 and 2. $37.08 for the extended warranty independently. I called Home Depot support to tell them I have been double charged and they tell me it must be a glitch but they are processing a refund for the $222.58 and $37.08. I got a call about 10 hours later (20 minutes ago about) for the lady to argue with me on the phone saying that the reason I got called the $259.67 was when they ship the item, but it should have dropped off once I got the item and the $222.58 and $37.08 was the actual charge. BUT get this, she stands ten toes down that I wasn't charged TWICE but yet, she recommends I take it up with my BANK and that everything on their side was handled.. I'm absolutely done with Home Depot. I'm sick of these people wasting my time and doing the bare minimum.

    I stopped by Home Depot to pick up some grass seed and fertilizer recently. They have a great selection of all of the major brands available. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you have questions about which products to select for your lawn and garden projects.

    After order arrived at 150 pm, bags of concrete were broken getting concrete dust on pickets. Oddly the concrete wasn't stacked in pickets when the order arrived. I'm guessing someone noticed the bags were broken and removed it from on top of the pickets. 17 of the pickets were not usable because of concrete, heavy mold, and / or broken. Your employees stack these items and don't notice the condition they are in? Hard to believe. You have a culture that doesn't care about quality. The pickets were also on top of the 4x4s. Why stack the pickets on top of 4x4s when the pickets are used last? This was order WJ53194158. Now...wj53980665. I ordered days ago. Got confirmation may 1st it was being delivered between 10-12 on May 2nd. Paid $130 for delivery.This was an order placed on April 27th. I then get a vm at 750pm on May 1st that you don't have the pickets. Are you guys doing this on purpose? As a contractor I can no longer rely on HD to deliver basic items they claim to have in stock. On top of it your customers pay for them up front so at the last minute you cancel the order . Typically takes 3-5 days to get the money back. If you don't know if you're going to have items in stock, how are you taking money up front? Your operations team is in need of replacement. Both of these orders are from different stores so I will have to assume this is a wide spread issue and take my business elsewhere.

    After going to 5 places, we found the stove we wanted for the cheapest price. I was surprised that Home Depot had lower prices than lowes or the other 3 places. We couldn't buy the stove and take it home the same day. The warehouse is in Richmond so we get it in 5 days. We had two people help us 1,000 for a new air fryer electric oven with knobs above the oven door so we can one day put this oven on an island

    They are really nice! I asked some questions to some stuffs. They answered me right away. I was lost and one of the staffs told me where my husband was. Good observation;) Various things for many uses. 10% off for military!

    Home Depot is a home improvement big box store which retails supplies, tools, construction products and services. They have great quality products and services and always seem to have what I need at a fair and competitive price. I enjoy shopping here. I appreciate that I can look up items online and see if they are in stock at this store or other Home Depot locations. Years ago I would wander the aisles of Home Depot dazed and confused. These days I can just look up an item on the Home Depot app on my phone and see exactly what row and the bin in which the item I seek is located. I absolutely love this feature. I appreciate the employees are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. It's usually pretty easy to find someone available if I have a question or need advice, they are always able to provide valuable assistance. Another big plus, when I check out I can get a paper receipt and a receipt emailed to me as well. The large private parking lot provides ample space to park your vehicle even if you are driving a large truck. Access into the lot is easy enough but if you want to exit to the major thoroughfare (Battlefield Blvd.) it's a little cumbersome. If you want to head north on Battlefield you will need to turn right out of the lot and head down Volvo Parkway until you hit the traffic circle where you can head the opposite direction on Volvo to get to Battlefield where there is a traffic light. If you want to head south on Battlefield you have an additional option of using the other exit onto Tintern Street which enables you to cut through the Walgreens' parking lot to get to Battlefield.

    They have poor customer service. I called it for a product and they kept hanging the phone up and it wasn't busy there!!

Usually for the houses I flip, I pick a package that's in stock. There are pretty good selections. Stainless steels, Black, name brands, and etc. There's also scratch and dents selections for deep discount counts as well. If there is a particular appliance that you are looking for, just ask and they will try to get it for you. I was able to get my appliances for way cheaper than what Best Buy was offering. Home Depot and Lowe's didn't have my brand/model. So I'm super happy about that. They also deliver and set up your appliance. The delivery guys were quick with the set up and nice. FYI - There's no "showroom" and it feels like a mom and pop shop you're walking into so keeping an open mind will help the experience LOL!!

    The prices are great, but the appliances are hit or miss. We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator…read morethat lasted less than a year before a No Stuff technician came out and could not figure out the issue--absolutely no help. We hired our own technician who figured out the issue, the fridge had a hole causing the Freon to leak, after which our technician discovered was just a symptom of a bigger issue. Honestly, I would not recommend this business because the unreliability of the quality of the product you receive along with the lack of help to resolve any issues. After this purchase I have vowed to only buy appliances directly from the original stores along with a warranty. The headache and extra money that we had to put in to repair the refrigerator was not worth it.
