We decided on Kitchen Emporium for the complete remodel of our kitchen. We met with Stephanie several to pick our design, which she designed perfectly for us. She took us to stone places to select the stone for our countertop. She guided us through the selection and colors of the cabinets. She was always available for any questions we may have had. She scheduled all the people doing all the other work, plumbing, sheetrock, electrical and installation of the cabinets, floor and backsplash. Rob Rardon was wonderful to work with. He helped me solve things I was thinking too much about. All of his crew- carpentry, electrics, plumbing, trimming etc. were outstanding, and fun to get along with. The project, kitchen renovation, was done in the timeframe that Rob quoted. Of course there are little things that come up afterwards but Rob had his crew members came out and take care of them quickly. Dennis was very receptive to both the specifics and general concepts we wanted incorporated into the finished product. His years of experience was evident when it came to his suggestions of things to consider. Spectacular remodel! I have had the best kitchen remodel in both design and execution. Every aspect of the kitchen remodel went well from Dennis the lead designer and shout out to Shelby; to a great craftsman Brennan who installed the Huge beam in the ceiling that allowed us to remove a large column in the middle of the old kitchen along with various other jobs, to Bo and Tim the best cabinet installers who went above and beyond and handled my high end cabinets with loving care, to Chris the fast, professional, and great tile installer, to Zack a very hard working, neat, knowledgeable hardwood floor installer with great wood working skills. This does not include the other wonderful tradesmen from the electricians and Billy the best plumber... Each and everyone was professional, hardworking, quality, and went above and beyond especially when the Covid hit since we had just started. I would recommend anyone thinking, planning, or ready to do a kitchen remodel to call them. I had a well planned, wonderful experience from being to end! After buying a fixer-upper we decided that the kitchen was a good job We were referred to by our mortgage company to kitchen emporium and our contractor. we are so pleased with the services thus far we have gotten from Dennis.. Helping us pick out the granite and cabinets and sink hardware. Our complete kitchen makeover was scheduled to begin in mid-April. Right before the start date, I was notified that I had to have some surgery. Rob and his crew started on a Tues and I went into the hospital on Friday, for 5 days. Rob and his people were so wonderful to my wife during this process. They kept her up to speed as to what each day curtailed and worked with her around some of her visits and stays with me at the hospital. They were all very respectful toward her and went over each task with her as the job progressed. They showed up when they said they would, introduced themselves and did what they were tasked to do. The kitchen looks wonderful, my wife is thrilled and I am happy for her. Everyone that sees it in person or on Facebook is completely in awe and maybe a little jealous too.
