    Throughout my visit, I encountered multiple dogs barking, jumping on other people and even on the lower shelves in aisles. This of course raises some concerns about hygiene and safety, as some dogs were not on leashes while other little ones were in carts (clearly pets not service dogs). Despite Home Depot's supposed policy that only service animals are allowed in the store, this rule is apparently not being enforced. Staff members seemed hesitant to address the situation, and when I brought it up to a manager, I was met with a dismissive (and somewhat rude) response. I'd rather drive the extra half hour to go to a farther location Home Depot or a completely different hardware store. Please fix this.

    This afternoon I went to Home Depot to return a faucet that I had bought at this store. The one that was purchased broke after 3 months, and I was hoping that the store would swap it out for a new one. When I walked over to the service area the employee greeted me, and told me that I could return the item due to it's defect. The only issue that I had while in the store was trying to find the item itself, or find someone to help me find the item. The shelf that housed the faucets was well stocked, but was disorganized. It took me a while to find the identical item. When the hunt was all said and done, I checked out and went on my way. Usually when I come to this particular Home Depot I come with someone who knows the store well, because again it is almost impossible to find someone who can help you in a timely manner.

    This sign is a lie. They require you to pay $90 for delivery.

    no one around to help, was told that something not in stock although it was online. Not helpful, wasted trip from 30 minutes away.

    The cashiers are getting lazy. Good luck if you're a veteran trying to get discount app to work. They can be rude and lazy.

    Back in 2022 a man from Arctic Refrigeration came to my home to fix my Buderus as I had no heat…read more The temperatures were in the single digits. He spent a couple of hours looking at my system and tinkering around but not fixing it. He told me he needed a new part and it would take up to 4 weeks to arrive then he'd be back. I never heard from him again. Fast forward to 2023 when we're -20° and surprise, my heat still isn't working. Again, they are given the information to come and fix the heater. I tell the dispatcher what happened and she reads the notes in my file that say "was advised to stop using secondary heating source." What?!? I have a secondary hearing source? And if so, what does that have to do with the broken one? I receive a call from Jim (I think that's his name) saying "their guy will be by today." No appointment was made just assumptions that I could drop everything and be at the house immediately without notice. I inform him that's not how I schedule my day and he needs to make an appointment. Two days later he calls back at 4:47am!!! and says they'll be by later today. He apparently forgot that I need to SCHEDULE my appointments especially since I'm in California where it's warm. Remember, I have no heat and it's in the single digits at my home. He says to me "well you didn't tell me you were in California." I was unaware I needed to check in with some random, rude stranger and let him know where I was vacationing. I called another company that I've hired in the past and trust. Arctic Refrigeration leaves jobs unfinished and still charges you, calls at ungodly hours, expects you to drop everything to accommodate them and inform them of your vacation plans. I do not recommend this company. ***I would encourage you to read the other reviews as they state similar experiences. Rudeness from company, promises to come back with parts and never did, inefficient work.*** Just don't forget to mention your vacation plans as they really like to know where you're going.

    A bit of a communication issue to begin...once that was resolved a tech was at my place within an…read morehour. He was very thorough in his assessment...resolved the issue promptly. I had heat again. I asked him how much it was and he replied that they would send me a bill within a couple of weeks. Most other companies want payment immediately. I would highly recommend Arctic!!!
