We used Home Depot for countertops and backsplash replacement. Countertops are fine, backsplash is an ongoing unresolved problem. The contractor did not cover the new counters, wiped grout into the new stainless steel sink - scratching it - and poured residue onto our patio leaving stains. They did not finish the tile to the cabinets, left the tile uneven, and we had to caulk it ourselves. Despite assurance from Home Depot management, 6 weeks and unreturned calls we are left with a sink they will buff - and that's it. Not at all satisfied with this outcome of trusting Home Depot. read more

on Wednesday ,Nov. 5, I went to the Verona rd home depot in Madison, WI. for fall lawn fertilizer. Jerry ,a stock person, very pleasant, explained he would get a sales associate to help me. Gabe then explained that the fall lawn fertilizer was "put up" 3rd shelf unit up. He explained he needed to get a forklift to acquire the material. He was a perfect customer service employee. He also retrieved a cart to place the material in, since I was in a rider cart. I thanked him for his service, he stated "just doing my job." They delivered a refrigerator with a defective door . When I open the door it falls down an inch on the floor . The only way to close the door is to lift up from the inside and then quickly pull my hand away so my fingers aren't slammed in the refrigerator door and then slam it shut . This is completely unacceptable but they refuse to let me return it for several days . So I can't get a new refrigerator from someone else because their refrigerator with the defective door is in the way . They won't replace this refrigerator with a new one for six days . So I am stuck for almost a week with the refrigerator door that falls onto the floor every time I open it and can only be shut with great difficulty . You don't deal with real people you just deal with people who are reading a script. It's not the people's fault who are on the phone it is the company's fault and Home Depot in my opinion is a really really horrible company and I would never ever buy an appliance from them again . Absolutely horrible customer service with their main office . The people in the store are very nice but the company does not care about their customers . Again I highly would discourage anyone from buying a major appliance from Home Depot . They don't stand behind their work they don't have anyone who will repair it things and you have to wait much too long to get the situation resolved . Terrible terrible company ! ( just saw on news that Home Depot laid off 800 corporate employees because their sales were sluggish . Their sales are sluggish probably in my estimation and because of my experience with them because of their terrible customer service ! Laying off people isn't going to help if you don't change your corporate attitude towards customer service . I'm not going to boycott them because I had one problem with the refrigerator I am going to boycott them for the rest of my life because of the way the customer service people treated me and refusing to resolve the problem in a timely manner . When they wanted my $700 they could deliver the refrigerator in 2 days . Once they had my money they refused to replace the defective refrigerator they sent me for 6 days! I hadn't shopped at this store in decades because I moved. I had to buy something that was to be picked up there. The process is slow, slow, slow. The amount of time it took for the person to look up the order was ridiculously slow. They stared at the screen, not clicking, for what seemed like an eternity. I have no clue why this would take that long. And they didn't say anything either, no acknowledging there was something to check or what. Not only that, but the guy literally moved in slow motion. Like a video on 25% speed, even though there were other customers waiting their turn to approach the only two employees available at pick up desk. Then there was the vibe in this place ...depressing AF. Like there's some bad energy piped into the store or something. I can't explain it. But it felt so unnerving and just ick. Hard to describe. I don't know if it's the lighting, the layout, the attitude of employees or what but i couldn't wait to get out of there. they need sage burning or an exorcist, because this place just messes with my vibe for some reason. read more

Do not use. Definitely do not schedule a delivery. We bought a water heater 7/11. Delivery scheduled 7/20. Install 7/23. We had no contact, so I went looking this morning (7/20) to see when the delivery was coming. It changed to 7/24. After install was scheduled! And no one contacted me. I'm gone from the evening of 7/23 through beginning of August! And again: no one contacted us about the change. read more

Update 11-14-24 I filled out the form on the link so they could email me so I could say the same thing again. For them to again tell me too bad we don't take opened flooring, so I am out $1,657.60. Be very carful buying flooring from the HD as they do not stand behind the products they sell. While Home Depot is the store I normally purchase everything for and have spent 20,000-30,000 in the last few years remodeling my house. My flooring experience was horrible. To start I placed an order for LVP flooring to be picked up at W-Madison location. I would have a delivery date then switch to the next week and the next week. (When you look at the website it would show it could be delivered the following week) I called the first time and was told it was delays from distributor. Waited another week and called again, letting him know that this morning it said it would be delivered tomorrow and now it has no delivery date. He got the shipping company on the phone who then proceeded to say they just got the order that morning how did I expect to get it next day. When I stated that I ordered it weeks ago they said Well HD just sent us the order today so it will be another week or so prior to being processed and shipped from down south. The HD guy could not get me off the phone fast enough. I canceled the order and drove to the WI Dells location to pick up what they had in stock and placed an order for the rest. That order was ready for pick up the following week so that proved that HD did not send in my order to start with as the shipping company stated on the phone. The flooring I ordered was Lifeproof Oakwood Avenue 22 MIL x 7.4 in. W x 47.8 in. L Waterproof Click Lock Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. Sadly, this flooring is extremely hard to install. I called to get estimates for the flooring to be installed and HD had the best price however I noticed they wanted a huge number of transition strips, and my upstairs only needed it by one doorway. I spoke with 3-4 different people between the store and on the phone and was told the installers had to add transition strips at each doorway and closet. I said never mind and just hired them to do the basement. I paid someone else to install it upstairs. Skip them showing up for installation. I was told they would not come prior to 8am they arrived a bit after 7am. The guy looked around and I removed the carpet from one room as well as all baseboards and left the other room with carpet. He removed that and then sat in his truck for hours until the 2nd guy arrived around 10am. They asked if I had some tools, I said no so they had to run to the store to buy some. Then proceeded to tell me 2 of the 4 rooms were slightly off what HD permitted so they could not install, the one room had a big variance, so they only did the entry. Reach out to HD to get a refund as they didn't install the floors, and they stated they are not able to refund the money. I have to come down give all my checking account information as well as my DL to get a check. Are you kidding me? To top it off I hired a company to install the flooring upstairs in my house after I was not able to get it to go together. The company let me know that a HUGE amount of the boards in my boxes were not square, so they were not able to use them, and a bunch were broken. In total I purchased 121 boxes and so far about 27 were trash. With imperfections they also struggled to get the boards together. I hired Home Depot to install my entryway and basement thinking it their flooring they will have a better method for the product. They ended up only installing my entryway that 24SQFt with that small amount they also found 6 boards (1 box) that were not square and not able to be used. They also struggled to install the floor saying it was manufactured horribly. HD won't let you return opened flooring, so I sit with 28 boxes so far of trashed flooring costing me a total of $1,657.60. read more

In the past few months since we've moved to a new place, we've been coming to this Home Depot quite often. Most trips, we're picking up same little household items here and there, but when it comes down to getting assistance for appliances and other home improvement projects, it seems like quite a challenge to actually flag somebody down. Don't get me wrong, when we actually do get assistance, it's usually quite helpful, but it's all a matter of getting the assistance. So far, we're still holding out on sales for some of the bigger household appliances and we'll continue to check out which store would have the best deals. Otherwise, I think we will continue to visit this store, as we're in need of customized doors and Home Depot are the only ones that may be able to make the door we want. So far, it's been quite a stressful experience, and I hope we're able to get the help we need next time we roam around. read more

Last November we contracted with Home Depot to do a kitchen remodel. Huge mistake! Because of CoVid and supply problems, delivery delays, etc., we were convinced that one stop shopping (Home Depot) would offer us greater coordination, communication, and efficiency. Instead, there was NO OVERSIGHT, many delays and mistakes, (which I had to tell them about because no one was coordinating or overseeing the work) Mistakes and issues included: 1. The guy they sent out measured wrong for cabinets and didn't bother to tell delivery people or installers that we have a narrow hallway and kitchen on the second floor. Luckily, windows were large and they were able to pulley things up to second floor, but it wasn't easy. 2. Cabinets were a threshold delivery. Meaning, the plan was to leave all the cabinets in the parking lot in the middle of a thunderstorm for two people in their 70's to take upstairs 3. Electrician drilled all the way through the kitchen wall through to the bedroom and didn't tell us 4. Crew leader changed three times during the 11 months it took to complete our project 5. We waited weeks and sometimes longer between contractors (cabinets, electrical, plumbing, countertops 6. Old Molding was ripped out and they did not plan to replace it until I complained. Then they had to order the molding, wait for it to be in stock, and another two month delay waiting for installer to have time to install. 7. Plumber came three times because of mistakes ( I had to call to let them know) 8. We were promised a maximum of 6 months to complete, it took 11. 9. They forgot to order hardware for the cabinets. Another delay. 10. A Crew leader never even once came to look at or inspect the project,three different crew leaders worked virtually in different states. 11. Appliances arrived two months early for installation. They had to be cancelled reordered. Many more.. I will never recommend or return to Home Depot and will tell everyone I know to look elsewhere. read more

I love the Home Depot! Ok, admittedly, I've only recently started going to Home Depot because of the whole owning a house thing. The Home Depot has never not had the item I needed. For things that needed to be special ordered, the order came in pretty quickly! There is always a sales associate around to help. In fact, most of the times, they ask me if they can help me with anything before I even realize I need help. They are all really knowledgable and available, which is why I like Home Depot. You can bring dogs, which is a huge plus! My dogs like going to Home Depot because everyone wants to pet them... because they do not get enough attention at home, obviously. read more

One month ago we bought 34 boxes of laminate flooring online we were told there were 64 boxes available at this store. We drive 70 miles to Madison to pick it up. They had put it on the floor and sold our prepaid flooring, all but 15 boxes. We took the 15, being assured by Home Depot staff the balance would arrive in a week. We called the next week to see if we could pick it up. They said it had been placed on the floor once again and was all gone. Twice they sold our prepaid flooring! We are still waiting for the remaining flooring and just got the run around an hour ago, saying they were checking and would call us in a few minutes.... not looking good, they still haven't called. read more

The people at this location are friendly and helpful with solutions and ideas. The easiest times to find associates on the floor is right when the open, otherwise it can be a little challenging. The tool rental area also repairs lawn and garden equipment, which has been very reliable. Plus they provide an 11% in-store purchase rebate whenever Menard's has their promo. read more

Curbside pick up is a JOKE. My husband and I placed an order at 7 am. Didn't hear a thing all day, finally called and they FINALLY got the order ready at 4 pm. This review is specific to the paint department. We stopped by around 7:15pm on the Tuesday after Labor day to make a fairly large paint order (11 gallons, Labor Day sale). The gentlemen at the paint counter was phenomenal. I believe his name was Alenjandro or similar. I didn't catch it when we were chatting. He had no concerns about mixing up that much paint just a few hours prior to closing and with other customers around. He wrote everything down and told us to stop back in 30 minutes. When we stopped back he was just finishing up the last bit of paint. He made sure to double check with us that everything we ordered was as we expected. Then he gave us the rebate information and instructions along with tons of paint stirrers and a couple of laughs. I can't thank him enough for making what could have been a painful process so completely simple! read more

Went to the home depot on madison ave in sacramento ca. To get some bamboo colored paints. I had a bamboo color pallette on my phone and asked if they could either match the colors or help me find colors that were close and went with one another and they could not help me. There were 2 people in the paint dept and both of them looked at me like I was crazy. They advertise they do color matching. I finally figured it out by myself and even then they were not thrilled about mixing the paint Next time I'll try lowes. read more

I came into Home Depot earlier today to pick up a length of wire necessary to replace a light switch. The employee I spoke with was very dismissive and seemed confused with the project I was doing (which, again, was an easy light switch replacement). He was very harsh and seemed to think I didn't know what I was doing, so he refused to sell me the wire. He brought a manager over, who immediately said he couldn't help me, despite not knowing what my project was. I put away the few other things I meant to purchase and left the store. I was already iffy about spending my money here, but after this treatment I will never return. I firmly believe the first employee judged me as being inept due to my age and gender. His mask also kept slipping down and I found it hard to maintain socially distant from him, as he kept moving into my personal space. read more

This is the closest home supply option to our home and works well when we need to fix something or grab a few supplies for a home project. Most of the time we do not have to ask for help since we've planned out the needs of our trip. The few times we needed help the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Many times we were helped by a manager specifically and they went above and beyond for us. I will confess that we have not bought anything significant/appliances/fixtures from them at this point like others who have written reviews. I do plan on heeding the sound advice of checking items before taking them home when and if we do. read more

I still like this place better than Menard's. It's crowded, and they won't pay to keep great help (except the cashiers--the cashiers are wonderful, despite the completely privileged turds that shop here). I waited in line in the paint department while the poor kid behind the counter (who was by himself and obviously brand-new) struggled to get through everybody. I like the garden section here a lot. It's WAY better than the half-dead plants at Menard's (yes, I have it out for Menard's--they're terrible). At least at Home Depot, I can find what I'm looking for without trying to make eye contact with some poor soul-crushed employee. Bathrooms are nicer too. The parking lot is like the Wild West, so BE CAREFUL. People do NOT follow the lines/lanes. PS--if you're one of these people, did you know that you driving like an a-hole isn't covered by your insurance in a parking lot? Yeah, have fun with that. I hope you run over a nail and have to get new tires. Seriously though--take it slow. People are already angry they had to stop in the middle of their home projects for something they've forgotten. Purchased a dishwasher and scheduled delivery. While still in the store we had to delay the delivery by two days. Everything was 'all set' for the new delivery date. We received a call before the original date telling us they were coming and couldn't be there on the revised date. Installers arrived and then said they could not install as a plumber was needs (not sure why). We were supposed to receive a call within 24 hours. We had to call 36 hours later. The plumber was scheduled for a week later. The old dishwasher was not reconnected and is non functional. Our new one was left into our garage, completely unprotected. Today we got a call that the plumber can't come tomorrow but next week is wide open. Cannot recommend this store. Service is completely unreliable. Will be attempting to return and purchase from a different retailer. read more

Hard to put a finger on why, but I think this location has a leg up on its east-side counterpart. We popped in to browse some heavy-duty storage shelves and while it did take some wandering to find them, they were displayed and clearly marked with measurements so we could double-check what would fit in our apartment. On our circuitous route we got pulled in to the fancy washing machines out of curiosity and the gardening area. Prices are a little on the high end, but they also have some good sales. On our walk through the store and hunt for the shelving we didn't have anyone offer to help, but we also didn't really see anyone out in the aisles. Apartment living doesn't necessitate a whole lot of trips to The Home Depot, but if we finally make the jump to a house it's likely we'll end up here at least a few times. read more

Yikes - this was one of the worst shopping experience of my life. I went to go buy some supplies to build a chicken wire fence around a raised garden bed I have in my backyard and I didn't feel like driving to the place I normally go to get gardening supplies. At first, I was impressed by how well stocked their nursery was. There was a huge selection of flowers and herbs out front and I thought - hey - this might actually be a pretty decent place to get gardening supplies from now on. As soon as I walked further into the gardening center, I was disappointed. First, there were huge pallets full of products, piles of unsorted stock, and shopping carts filled to the brim with junk EVERYWHERE. You could not push a cart through the aisle because there were piles of junk everywhere blocking all of the shelves. I saw there was a crate full of a measly selection of chicken wire sitting in the middle of one of the rows. I picked out what I needed and then paced around the gardening center to try to find either A) pre-cut wooden gardening stakes or B) an employee that could help me find wooden gardening stakes. I could not find either. I decided to wander around the entire store and after a good 25 minutes walking the perimeter of this massive store; I couldn't find anything or anyone. I went back to the gardening center, spent another 10 minutes wandering around and finally found them buried behind a massive shipping crate sitting in the middle of the aisle blocking access to them. I climbed around the back of the crate and grabbed the only two left. Of course - I needed at least six. So I wandered around again trying to find an employee - to no avail. Meanwhile, I heard another customer calling "Hey - is there anyone around?! Hello?!" It looked like she was not happy either. Finally, I stopped a guy who was clearly annoyed with me because he was in the middle of something and asked him if they had any additional garden stakes. "I just sold 8 of those and those are the last two." He started walking away for a second and then stopped, "Hold on - there might be some up on top. I don't know how I'm supposed to get them with this huge crate in the way that's been here for 4 days..." He then leaned in and said, "Hey - do me a favor. You're a young guy - go grab that metal ladder over there and bring it here. I have to go make a quick call." He pointed to one of those giant metal step ladder things that was sitting across the gardening center and then walked away. I was thinking - isn't this a huge liability anyway? Don't they normally restrict customers from using these things because if I got hurt moving this thing, could I not sue Home Depot? I grabbed it anyway and brought it over. I waited around for a good five minutes for him to come back before I climbed the step ladder myself and started grabbing some of the wooden stakes. He finally came back and offered to get them down but proceeded to complain about how customers "come up to him constantly while I'm on the phone." He finally grabbed a huge pack of them. He then asked how many I need and when I didn't respond right away, he said "Please - just tell me how many you need!" The whole interaction was very uncomfortable. I then went to go find a staple gun in the tools section. After wandering around there for a good 15 minutes, I finally stopped a woman. I felt bad because it looked like she was running around herself trying to help other customers. "Hold on..." she walked a way for a second, asked a coworker a question, then grunted and complained about how she is "so over this place" and "they need to hire more workers." This was coming from a staff! I asked her where to find it and she told me "It's in Aisle 16" and then walked away. Honestly, I was about to blame the workers for the lack of proper customer service but what that woman said really resonated with me. This is clearly a management issue and they are driving their staff into the ground by understaffing the floor on a busy Friday afternoon in May. It seems like this location is operating with the bare minimum and they don't have enough hands to even restock the shelves to meet the demand of customers. They are clearly understaffed and aren't giving their associates the tools they need to provide good customer service. I've worked customer service jobs before and I know what it's like to work under horrible management. This location either needs to staff more people or close all together because this isn't working. It's unsafe when you have piles of unsorted stock laying everywhere and the employees are so busy doing a million things at once that they feel compelled to ask their customers for assistance. I don't expect a lot from the Home Depot but from a company who touts "you can do it, we can help" as their slogan, I expect corporate to at least give their employees the means to actually provide that help in a safe, clean, and organized environment. read more

I had to pass by 3 different employees during my store visit. They didnt have what I wanted, which is rare. I decided to leave the store. I started out the west end as usual. The lady immediately asked where I was going. I said I was leaving. She very rudely jumped all over me saying I couldnt go that way. I politely said Ive always gone out here many times. She didnt like that at all. She proceeded to tell me thats not how it is anymore.Today must have been a bad day for her. I did all I could do walking away from her. About the same as their east side counterpart. I tend to find the same dumb employees that would rather guess at an answer then sit down and actually get you correct information. Also, like the east side, they need more help. When I can stand in an area for twenty minutes just to have employees walk by be and avoid eye contact, you Know you have a problem. I may not be in "your area" but stop and see if you can help me in ANY way...like finding another employee. I didnt expect to be writing a review of Home Depot. Thanks, Bad Customer Service Experience. First of all, for those unfamiliar with the area, we have Home Depot and Menards. No Lowes. Menards is cheaper for MOST items and has better customer service MOST of the time. They also have a much bigger selection. Home Depot stocks some things Menards doesnt and some items are better quality. The two advantages Home Depot has over Menards: 1. They will cut boards to size for you. 2. They will price match competitors. They used to do it without any proof, you could just tell the cashier "This is $X at Menards" and they would match it without caring. Not sure if they still do. I normally stick with Menards but will venture to Home Depot when something I want isnt available at Menards or I need a board cut. Thus was the case a few days before Christmas, when I needed a specific light switch in order to complete a project. I had ordered one from Amazon but it hadnt yet arrived yet and Menards didnt stock it. I bought it, brought it home, opened it up, and saw that some of the parts were missing. It was the last one on the shelf and the box had already been opened so I wasnt surprised. The next couple days were Christmas Eve and Christmas. On December 26th I brought it back to the store. They eventually took it back, but not without the customer service manager giving me a lecture about how I should have brought it back right away, I waited too long and normally they wouldnt take it back. I said, what do you mean, I bought it December 23rd and brought it back December 26th, what would you like me to have done? He said, parts are never missing so I must have lost them, especially since I didnt call right away. I was pretty taken aback since their return policy is 90 days and it's definitely NOT uncommon to buy stuff with parts missing. Do better, Home Depot. Menards never hassles me about returns. read more

It seems pretty clear that Home Depot doesn't care enough about customer or employee health to mandate employees wear masks at the peak of the Wisconsin Covid-19 rates and so I'm not going back and would recommend that all seniors avoid Home Depot. More: May 30th and Wisconsin Covid-19 rates and Dane County Covid-19 rates of new infections are at the highest they've ever been ... and nearly all the young employees at Home Depot weren't wearing masks and were close together and chatting. I called a manager who said "We can't force employees to wear masks." When I challenged him on this statement he changed to "there are no federal or state guidelines that require masks" (which is true because the WI State Supreme court stuck down those mandates and within a week Covid-19 rates went from about 50 new infections/day/capita/million to 150/day/capita/million with new deaths rising sharply as well. ) It seems pretty clear that Home Depot doesn't care enough about customer or employee health to mandate employees wear masks at the peak of the Wisconsin Covid-19 rates and so I'm not going back and would recommend that all seniors avoid Home Depot. As a contrast I went to a competitor's hardware store and ALL of the employees were wearing masks. read more

Home Depot is terrible. Avoid it like the plague! First of all, they will try to scam you by telling you that you can get a "membership" and get 5% discount for getting it. Don't fell for that, it's actually a credit card with very high interest rates. Second, most of the employes lack knowledge of the products, but they'll pretend they know, then try to steer you to the store's highest priced, lower quality products. Stop complaining about the staff people. Do some research, know what you want, and look for it yourself. YouTube exists and there is a video for just about every DIY question you can imagine. 1)Stop expecting a clerk working for a buck over minimum wage to have the knowledge of a professional tradesman. If he/she was trained as an electrician, plumber or whatever they wouldn't be working at Home Depot for $9.75/hr. 2) Because of all the whining it's all but impossible to walk through the store without 10 clerks asking me if I want help. Yesterday I was buying lumber and a clerk literally stood 2 feet away from me the entire time. I just want to walk in, buy stuff, and not have to say 'no thanks' a dozen times. 3) If you hired a faceless nameless contractor through Home Depot why would you be surprised you did not get the same results or personal service you would expect from hiring a designer and professional contractor who's name is on the job? The Home Depot guy will give you exactly what you asked for and nothing more. If you wanted design advice or work above the bare minimum you can't go with the cheapest option. I like Home Depot because: 1) Unlike Menards I have not read in the news about the owner personally illegally dumping toxic waste. Google it, the Menards guy did. 2) The lumber is sanded to a much better level than other big box stores and they will make simple cuts which is huge; most places don't do that. 3) The store layouts are generally the same making it easier to shop at all of them. Each Menards is laid out differently and it sucks. 4) Staff seems cleaner and happier than at Menards. I hate Home Depot because: 1) The light bulb section. You'd have to waste an hour trying to find the best deal. Just clearly identify which manufacturer has the best deal this month. 2) The staff constantly asks you if you want help. Constantly, again and again and again. 3) I agree with the guy that said the screw selection is weak. The store does seem a little more geared towards people that want to buy the parts but have others install them. 4) Door knobs and locks. They appear to have many brands, but they are all actually the same sh$& locks; regardless of price point. Engineered to the absolute minimum strength that will still work for a while. Total crap. It is not possible to buy a quality lock in a Madison store. You have to go online. 5) No high end or designer type options on anything; again par for course around here. 6) Like just about anywhere else I've bought stuff only to get it to the job and find out it's broken or flawed and I have to waste my time, and paid contractor time getting a replacement. Open EVERYTHING in the parking lot and make sure it's good. Example: twice in a row I got damaged shower surrounds. Cost me roughly $200 in wasted plumber labor (was not his fault the item was defective), yet the best I can get from the store is an exchange or refund. read more

DIY: "Do it yourself!" Seriously, do everything yourself. Find tools yourself. Find plants yourself. Consider operating the dangerous pipe-cutting machine yourself, because no one in the store can track down the one person that is certified to operate it and it's going to take at least an hour of waiting, not knowing if he'll ever show up, before you can get a pipe cut to the size you need. Just about anything you could ever need for home improvement is contained within this warehouse somewhere. Once you find the tool you need, you can listen to the staff grumble about how terrible it is to work here as they ring you up. When your tool stops working, re-explain the issue to three different employees over the course of an hour before they finally agree to send it into the manufacturer for a replacement. Waited 2 hours for help in the Appliance department between 7 and 9pm and not a soul to be found, gave up and bought at Menards

Employees are extremely rude. On several occasions I had to ask at the service desk if someone could check me out and I was told in a demeaning voice that I would have to wait until they finished what they were doing. Another time I went to check out at the Pro desk (I am a Pro painter) and was told I couldn't check out in that line (I wondered if it was because I was a woman and the guy though I couldn't possibly be a Pro??). I avoid going to this store unless completely necessary and will go out of my way to purchase my paint at the Janesville store. I wonder when management will fix these issues at this store??? This store has been this way for too many years. read more
