Prices are great too -- often better than the big-box stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it's clear they care about their customers. It has that old-school, neighborhood hardware store feel that's getting hard to find these days. The only thing to keep in mind is their hours -- it's a small operation, so sometimes they close early or aren't open when you expect. After looking at my CPU, Boa was able to explain my computer's problem in terms I could understand, was patient with my questions, and ultimately restored all my data.
