No, I know why they "forgot" to do the paperwork. It's because of people being upset, to put it nicely, that they didn't get the commission off the order that they peer pressured a customer into buying. The prices were significantly lower, the quality was equal or better and the staff were ready to help us at a moments notice. We were able to buy interior doors, faucets, kitchen cabinets, flooring, baseboards, cabinet pulls, countertops, and so much more. We purchased something by mistake and had to return it, it was very easy to return items with a receipt.
